When finals come around, I find myself constantly eating. Whether I am eating to fuel myself or eating to procrastinate, I will always be snacking. Snacks are also a fun reward system to use while studying. Here are five of my go-to study snacks!
1. Chips and Salsa
Might not be the healthiest binge eating option, but the salty savory taste gets through hours of readings and notes.
2. Chocolate Covered Almonds
Good source of protein with a bit of sugar!
3. Pretzel Crisps
Everyone craves a little bit of a salty snack, these thin pretzels are also healthier than regular pretzels as they have a lower calorie count.
4. Apples and Peanut Butter
Great form of protein and sustained energy.
5. Jelly Beans
A little bit of sugar will give you good short-term energy.
