Time and time again we just go through the motions of life and never fully register all the beauty that exists. We never take advantage of all the thrilling adventures that are sitting at our fingertips. But why stick to boring routine when you can make memories everyday? The moments that you grow up cherishing are the times you wish you could revisit. So the question is, why not go out and live every day of your life like that, giving yourself something to remember? Here’s where I’ll throw in my two cents: make everyday count, get out there, and experience the world! Sometimes that’s easier said than done, so take some inspiration from these simple activities and cross off some everyday bucket list items you can do right now.

1. Try a new type of ethnic cuisine you’ve never had before.

2. Buy a lotto ticket.

3. Chop your hair really short.

4. Go camping.

5. Write a letter to a friend you haven’t heard from in awhile.

6. Sign a petition.

7. Have your own lantern festival.

8. Go to a furniture store and test out the mattresses by jumping away.

9. Take a crash course on a foreign language.

10. Volunteer in a soup kitchen.

11. Do something that absolutely terrifies you.

12. Make a mixed tape for someone special.

13. Go horseback riding.

14. Visit a mosque/church/place of worship you aren’t familiar with.

15. Wear an outrageous hat in public.

16. Go downtown and window shop.

17. Try on old-fashioned clothes in an antique thrift shop.

18. Climb on a roof.

19. Make a dream board.

20. Get lost on purpose.

21. Wake up early to go on a run.

22. Give up TV for a week and see what happens.

23. Go to karaoke night.

24. Visit your local farmer’s market.

25. Treat yourself to a nice dinner out, just because.

Dear High School Friend Group,

My sweet angels, where would I be without you guys. We all grew up together because we either met in middle school or high school and watched each other grow up and get "old." We got to go to prom together and then graduate together. Then watched each other as we continued our lives in college, joining sororities and meeting people who will impact our lives forever. It all has happened so fast.

Oh college, we can’t live with you, but we can’t live without you. It’s a love/hate relationship, really. College is an experience that no one can ever prepare you for, and maybe that’s a good thing. You never really expect any of the things that college encompasses until you are there. College is fun, but don’t have too much fun. C’s get degrees, but they don’t get you into graduate school.

Blair Waldorf

The "Gossip Girl" series may be over, but Blair Waldorf's iconic character lives in our hearts forever. Blair was the queen of the Upper East Side, and a character you either loved or hated. She taught us everything we needed to know about life, love and of course, how to score a Chuck Bass. So the next time you feel a bit lost and are in need of guidance, look no further than to the Queen B herself.

As I spend my Sunday avoiding my homework and other adult responsibilities, I realized that I've watched this series over and over about a million times. Sadly, there isn't a Blair quote I don't know, so I came up with a list of a few favorites. You know you love her...xoxo

Summer: a time (usually) free from school work and a time to relax with your friends and family. Maybe you go on a vacation or maybe you work all summer, but the time off really does help. When you're in college you become super close with so many people it's hard to think that you won't see many of them for three months. But, then you get that text saying, "Hey, clear your schedule next weekend, I'm coming up" and you begin to flip out. Here are the emotions you go through as your best friend makes her trip to your house.
