The end of the semester is the most trying time of year. Underclassmen are overloaded with the amount of work that is piling up (and they're not used to it). Upperclassmen are also overloaded with work, but they just don't care (until it means it delays graduation). The April/May months are tortuous, and the girls from "Orange is the New Black" understand the stages we go through until the end of the school year.
1. When the work starts piling up and you start to question if your career of choice is actually way more work than it's worth.
2. When you finally have that inevitable breakdown and your roommate has to calm you down.
3. When you decide to procrastinate writing your paper for another Whataburger run.
4. That moment the paper deadline is the next day but you forgot about it.
5. So you stay up until 3:00 a.m. to try to finish it.
6. But you realize that you're able to push through the semester and that you're going to be (mostly) fine.
Study for those finals. Write your papers. Go to review sessions and take naps when you need them. You'll finish the semester just fine; just keep pushing through the April/May blues.
