So as this semester is coming to a close, its time to chat about the end of the semester. The roller coaster of finals is just around the corner, so we better hold on tight! Here are just a few relatable gifs from the housewives of NJ that will reflect how we college students are feeling about taking on these remaining days of the semester

1. The calm before the finals

Ah yes, the calmness before finals start. But if you have classes like mine you have projects and essays due before finals. So the calm actually starts earlier in my opinion.

2. Classes at this point make you want to flip a table... or two

Parts one and two of the final study guide were released to prepare for the exam? Why thank you, professor, because I just have so much time on my hands to work on it.

3. Let's just chill out and eat pasta

I mean can we chill out a little? I say we all bring varieties of pasta we make to class and share with each other (giving a little to our professor so we can get brownie points on the final).

4. Praying

I pray that I am able to get through these remaining days of the semester and pass all my finals. And by passing I mean B's, A's just aren't in the cards for me this semester #B'sGetDegrees.

5. Buy me a drink, please

And by drink, I mean mocktail instead of a cocktail because your girl ain't 21 until next September (thanks, Mom and Dad, kidding of course). But really, this semester has taken a toll on me.

6. Time to do the dance

Just like Dolores and Siggy, this will be me dancing my way out of the semester. We are sooo close to the finish line!!

The Daily Struggles of Being a College Commuter

It's not all morning coffees and singing along to the radio.

The Daily Struggles of Being a College Commuter

I've been in college for four years now. I spent half my time as a commuter and half as a resident so I've experienced both sides of the housing spectrum. One thing I've learned comparing the two is that my struggles as a commuter far outweigh anything I went through while living on campus. Commuters have to deal with the problems school brings along with a slew of other issues; I've filled up my gas tank in the worst kind of weather conditions and napped in random places in public more times than I'm proud to say of. This is a list of some of the most challenging aspects of being a commuter.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!
