Ah, it's that time of year again. Every college student's most dreaded F word: finals. Here's a little breakdown of what really goes down, as told by our favorite dysfunctional family.
1. When you return from Thanksgiving break and realize that you only have a few weeks left.
2. You start to remember all the assignments, papers, projects, and finals to study for and kiss your social life and sanity goodbye.
3. You start questioning your entire life. Do I really need this degree? Is this all actually worth it?
4. You start to lie to yourself that maybe you don't need to study that hard for finals and can put stuff off... then you come to your senses and recognize that that's not even an option.
5. You really just want to go home
6. Then you realize you gotta suck it up and start being productive again because you need to pass.
7. While studying you become desperate and fine random quizlets and online resources that are questionable but worth a shot.
8. When your professor does a "review" and starts mentioning new material.
9. When you wake up from a nap that was induced by pure exhaustion and you don't know what time it is or what decade you're in.
10. Walking into your hardest final like...
11. When you FINALLY finish everything you need to and break can officially begin.
12. When it's time to actually leave campus you begin to think about how much you're going to miss your friends.
13. When it's time to say goodbye to your roommate/suitemates
14. When you leave campus with that accomplished feeling that you completed another semester and can now go home and relax.
