The End Of The Semester As Told By Nick Miller

I am a huge fan of the show "New Girl" and my favorite character is Nick Miller, played by Jake Johnson. So, I thought I would share how the end of the semester goes, as told by Nick Miller.

1. When all you want to do is sleep, but this happens...

We've all been there. When all you want to do is sleep but you can't because you're thinking too much about life and what grades you think you will be getting, so you just get up and try to distract yourself.

2. When you try to study, but you'd rather watch TV all day

Our souls are weak, so if we can convince ourselves that anything is more beneficial than studying, we WILL do it.

3. When you literally see anyone attractive or nice

Awkward is my middle name and yes I probably will do something embarrassing when I see you.

4. When you accidentally get involved with something that you don't want to be involved with

Enough said.

5. When you try to workout

Donuts are my absolute favorite thing ever.

6. When this is exactly how you feel about college

Why did we decide to come to college again? It's so much work....oh yeah that's right. So that I can get a good job to support my future family.

7. When you think about life...

This says everything that you need to know.

8. When you try to write anything, ever

Goes to take a nap instead of writing the 13 papers that are due.

9. When you finally get done with the semester

As you can see, Nick Miller really does understand us. I hope that everyone survives their finals week! If all else fails, watch Youtube videos and Netflix!

If I have learned one thing in my lifetime, it is that friends are a privilege. No one is required to give you their company and yet there is some sort of shared connection that keeps you together. And from that friendship, you may even find yourself lucky enough to have a few more friends, thus forming a group. Here are just a few signs that prove your current friend group is the ultimate friend group.

When it comes to television, there’s very few sets of on-screen siblings that a lot of us can relate to. Only those who have grown up with siblings knows what it feels like to fight, prank, and love a sibling. Ross and Monica Geller were definitely overbearing and overshared some things through the series of "Friends," but they captured perfectly what real siblings feel in real life. Some of their antics were funny, some were a little weird but all of them are completely relatable to brothers and sisters everywhere.

College is a great place to meet people, especially through Greek life. If you look closely at sororities, you'll quickly see there are many different types of girls you will meet.

1. The Legacy.

Her sister was a member, her mom was a member, all of her aunts were members, and her grandma was a member. She has been waiting her whole life to wear these letters and cried hysterically on bid day. Although she can act entitled at times, you can bet she is one of the most enthusiastic sisters.

Every kid in college and/or high school dreams of summer the moment they walk through the door on the first day back in September. It becomes harder and harder to focus in classes and while doing assignments as the days get closer. The winter has been lagging, the days are short and dark, and no one is quite themselves due to lack of energy and sunlight. Let's face it: life is ten times better in the summertime.
