Why The Donald Trump Conspiracy Theory Might Be Real

Both unrealistic and painfully optimistic

Why The Donald Trump Conspiracy Theory Might Be Real

Hi. It's me. Talking about Donald Trump again.

Despite it having been several months since Donald Trump started his mission to offend every single marginalized group on the planet, I still can't believe the garbage that he perpetuates. Here's the thing, though; I think, or at least I want to believe, he doesn't believe it either.

There's a debatable claim that Trump once called Republicans, "the dumbest group of voters" (no offense to Republicans, it's not my opinion) in a People Magazine interview. While there's no real proof of this quote, there is proof of Trump's liberal past and support for the Democratic Party. Despite endless insults he throws Hillary Clinton's way, the two actually have a long-standing friendship. Though friendship, of course, can come with political disagreement, Trump also has a history of donating to the Clinton Foundation, along with previous Clinton campaigns. Along with that, Trump has also donated to campaigns for Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi.

This, of course, isn't so to say that people can't change their political opinions, but changing them into drastically extreme racist and sexist ideals, all of the sudden does not seem quite as plausible. With an anti-Republican quote following him, in which he claims that he could "say whatever he wants and his numbers would be huge" (pronounced yuge, probably), he could possibly be playing on an old idea to manipulate voters into his presidency. More specifically, though, the theory is that Donald Trump is secretly working for Hillary Clinton and the Democrats.

It's a far-fetched idea, of course, yet it is a theory that has been floating around the internet with an actually decent amount of evidence backing it. Though the claim against Republicans that he could "say whatever he wanted and his numbers would be huge" (pronounced yuge, probably), is one that is not for sure a factual quote, it plays in with his current very specific campaign and slander against Hillary Clinton. Along with that, the quote dates back to 1998, long before he ever considered running for president. So far, that quote hasn't been entirely wrong; as he continues to make harmful remarks, his numbers rise as shown in the early primaries.

Considering his past friendship with Clinton making such a sudden change, and Clinton not seeming to sweat him too much, perhaps Trump is secretly working for her. Perhaps he is running such a slanderous campaign tactically, so that by misrepresenting himself, he can attempt a guaranteed win for the Democratic Party. Perhaps this campaign is nothing more than secret operation in the works for Hillary Clinton so Trump can help his friend.

Or not. Really, I'm just trying to restore my faith in humanity, here.

College is a crazy, beautiful, amazing whirlwind. It is highly popularized in television and movies, but not necessarily in the most accurate way. Yes, there's frats, dingy dorms, raging house parties—but there's also a lot that people fail to mention.

Girl With Bleached Hair
Tumblr

I've been a bleach blonde for over a year now, and let me tell you, it is a lifestyle. More hair appointments, longer showers, and special shampoo. But it is totally worth it!

1. Mentally preparing yourself to convince your hair dresser that white is the way to go.

2. Or the anxiety of what could go wrong by bleaching your hair at home.

3. You could either become a ginger

4. Or a pixie

5. The face you make in the mirror when you take off your towel to unveil the perfect white strands.

6. Taking a million selfies the day you bleached it, because you know your roots will be back in literally 2 days.

7. Having to get bangs or a big chop because your hair is so damaged.

8. Having orange highlights in between touch-ups.

9. Going out for a drink afterwards to debut your updated look.

Despite the struggles, you love your platinum blonde hair! You make sure Instagram knows it, too. You don't need a filter, because the color is flawless by itself!

I've been at this college thing for almost three and a half years, and while I thought that high school was truly the lowest point of my existence, I'm beginning to realize that it was a walk in the park. Like, I miss the days when the biggest white lie I told my parents was my made up excuse about being late for fourth period. These days, the white lies are a tad more complex, and as ashamed as I am to admit it, I've definitely told a few of these.
