There is a difference between you and I. You don't notice me at all, but I notice you. You will be here for a little but I will be here for a while. I am the values, morals, and traditions that hold our blood together in sweet harmony and you are movement, change, and culture that provide the pulse to keep the flow. I provide roots and branches while you provide flowers and fruit. Some of your produce makes sour fruit and some make sweet treats. My bark and branches provide a sweet smoky taste and my sap is the richest, thickest and sweetest in all the land.
There is a difference between you and I. Some see it and some don't. People may think I am the queen and king but you know you have royal blood. Each one of your fruits has seeds that start a new tree. A tree that makes its own fruit , the bark is a little less sweet and the sap is not so rich but a child of mine it is.
There is a difference between you and I. What I think is right, may be wrong to you. What is right to you may be wrong to me. But the roots I have dug for the both of us is something we have in common. So, because of that the difference between you and I, is a little smaller.
