Buying a Fitbit is probably one of the best decisions I have ever made, especially if you have other friends that have Fitbits, in which in that case, you can compete with them.
Buying a Fitbit changes you: there are a few things that happen to you after you get a Fitbit and some people might find it a bit strange...
1. You have a certain need to always be moving. Every step counts, and you are just so motivated that you can not stop moving.
2. When you're just a couple of steps away from reaching that goal step, and you have to run in place because it's the normal thing to do.
3. When you finally reach your goal step!
4. And when you don't reach your step goal for the day:
5. The need to always be looking at how many steps you have taken.
6. When your friend requests you for a challenge, and you discover a new competitive side of you.
7. Everything becomes a competition.
8. When you're toe to toe with your friend who is as crazy as you are.
9. When it comes down to the last hour of your work week hustle challenge, and you're just too tired but you need to get some final steps in...
10. When you win a challenge, and you feel like you're on top of the world.
11. The day you forget your Fitbit at home — it's like nothing you ever do that day counts.
12. When you've been walking around with a dead Fitbit all day and just want to break down and cry.
13. When you put your Fitbit to charge and refuse to move.
14. You suddenly find yourself taking the stairs and realize you haven't been on an elevator in months.
15. The best part of everything is that you feel so damn amazing.
16. And you look amazing. It's the best feeling ever.
All thanks to the watch that changed your life.
