"Gilmore Girls" has been my ultimate favorite show since it originally aired on the WB/CW networks. Like many other fans, I was not a huge fan of the final episode, as I felt like the writers left a lot hanging. Particularly, which guy Rory ends up with. Silly I know, but after seven seasons of watching Rory date multiple great guys, it was annoying to be left with her single.

So naturally, when it was announced that Netflix would be reviving the show for four new episodes, I could not contain my excitement! My mind immediately started spinning on the different possibilities of what would happen to each character, and who would be coming back. After months of speculation it was announced that Jared Padalecki, Milo Ventimiglia and Matt Czuchry would all be returning! That means that all three of Rory’s serious boyfriends will be back.

With that announcement, it sparked the discussion between my other Gilmore-Girls-watching friends and I: Who will Rory ultimately end up with?

Well, I’ve broken down the main points for each guy below.

Team Dean

Dean was the sweet first boyfriend that Rory needed. They had a good relationship from the start, and he was very protective and supportive of her.

"I have to meet that girl" *swoon*

Remember when he came to Chilton to visit her? "I love you, you idiot."

Team Jess

I won't lie to you, I have always been a Jess fan so this one might be a little biased. While Jess originally comes off as the tough bad boy who doesn't care about anything, he totally opens up to Rory. They have a great connection, and they like all of the same books and movies. They are willing to try new things for each other. Rory definitely helps him become a better person, and he helps her explore new things.

Just look how cute they are:

Remember that time she skipped school to visit him in New York and he takes her to this cool record store, which she falls in love with? Yeah that was cute.

Then several seasons later when she visits him in Philadelphia? I think I see a pattern here.

He appreciates everything she did for him, even years later when they aren't together.

Never forget that smirk.

Team Logan

Logan was a thrill seeking, exciting, "trust fund baby." (Full disclosure: I hate Logan, so this is very hard for me to write). However, he did genuinely care for Rory, and wanted a life with her. He tried his best to help her succeed, and used his connections to help her land an internship with her dream newspaper.

Their first "date" in "I jump, you jump, Jack" was one of the most unconventional and fun things I've ever seen.

— So motivational — But look at the way he looks at her.

He appreciated her brain and her interests, not just her looks.

11 Things Summer Nannies Can Relate To

There are plenty of obstacles that come when taking care of kids, but it's a very rewarding experience.

As a college student, being a nanny over the summer is both enjoyable and challenging. Underneath the seemingly perfect trips to the pool or countless hours spent playing Monopoly are the obstacles that only nannies will understand. Trading in your valuable summer vacation in return for three months spent with a few children less than half your age may seem unappealing, but so many moments make it rewarding. For my fellow summer nannies out there, I know you can relate.

There are a lot of really easy, common names in the U.S. and while many of those simple names have different spellings, most of the time, pronunciation is not an issue that those people need to worry about. However, others are not as fortunate and often times give up on corrections after a while. We usually give an A+ for effort. So, as you could probably imagine, there are a few struggles with having a name that isn’t technically English. Here are just a few…

Daydreaming

day·dream (ˈdāˌdrēm/): a series of pleasant thoughts that distract one's attention from the present.

Daydreams, the savior of our life in class. Every type of student in the classroom does it at least once, but most cases it is an everyday event, especially in that boring class -- you know the one. But what are we thinking while we are daydreaming?

Puerto Ricans. They are very proud people and whether they were born on the island or born in the United States by Puerto Rican parent(s). It gets even better when they meet another fellow Puerto Rican or Latino in general. You’ll know quickly if they are Puerto Rican whether the flag is printed somewhere on their person or whether they tell you or whether the famous phrase “wepa!” is said.

If it hurts now, it'll hurt again. Not because you're gullible or naive, only because you fall fast, hard, and you do it every time.

We fall each and every time with the complete and utter confidence that someone will be there to catch us. Now that person we SWORE we were never going to fall for has our hearts, and every time we see them our palms start sweating. The butterflies in our stomach start to soar and our hearts are entirely too close to bursting out of our chests.
