Making really bad mac n cheese is easy, but what you may not know is that good mac n cheese is easy as well! If you like money, like me, you'll be happy to know that it doesn't cost much, and you probably already have all the ingredients (or someone on your hall does). Grab yo roomie or your RA, and go make some magic.

Ingredients

1 pound pasta, any shape (I like shells!!)

1 1/2 cups whole milk (you can also use 2% if that's your thing, but I prefer whole)

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

3 cups shredded cheese

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon powdered mustard

4 slices cut bacon

Instructions

  1. Boil 4 quarts of water on high. Add pasta and salt and cook until pasta is al dente (8 minutes); set aside.
  2. Heat 1 cup of milk in the saucepan over medium. Whisk together the remaining 1/2 cup of milk and the flour; add in the milk-and-flour mixture when the heated milk starts to steam. Continue to whisk until mixture thickens.
  3. Turn the heat on low and mix handfuls of cheese into the milk and stir in the salt and mustard. Stir until cheese has melted; remove the sauce from heat.
  4. Combine the pasta and 1/2 of the cheese sauce and stir. Add bacon and the second half of the sauce. Gorge yoself.

And when you fall asleep eatin yo mac n cheese while you study in the library, have no fear! Add some milk to your cold mac, nuke it, and you will be back in business!

I'll admit it, I have a condition called RBF or, if you will, Resting Bitch Face.

Anna Kendrick, poor Kristen Stewart, the Queen of England are all life-long sufferers of RBF. Victoria Beckham even made a career out of it! And though it's usually used to describe women, some men are also afflicted. Kanye West is the best example of this.

April Ludgate

Everyone who is in college right now, or has ever been, knows the struggle of pulling in the strings at the last second. It seems impossible, and you have to do a LOT of things in order to assure your future for the next semester.

April Ludgate, historically, is a very annoyed person, and she doesn't hide it. Of all the times that I binged and re-binged "Parks and Rec," her attitude relates more and more to me.

To The Cheerful Person On Their Rainy Days, You Are Valid

The world is not always sunshine and rainbows, and you do not have to be, either.

Ask friends of mine to name a quality about me, and one a lot them will point out the fact that I am almost always smiling. I like to laugh and smile -- not to quote Buddy the Elf in April, but smiling is my favorite! It is probably my favorite go-to expression. However, what a lot of people do not see is that I have my down days. I have days when smiling and laughing is a real struggle, or when I have so much on my plate that going out of my way to behappy takes more effort than I have stored in me. Be it a symptom of college and growing up or a facet of life, I cannot always be content.
