When you’re a student at the University of Georgia, it can be easy to let your entire life be taken over by school work and the stress of becoming an adult in the real world. It is so important to remember to enjoy your time here between the hedges. Life isn’t all about studying, it’s about getting out there and experiencing things with the people around you. Here is a quick bucket list of things to get up to in the Classic City before Graduation Day!

1. Hiking at the Botanical Gardens.

Don't miss out on this beautiful scenery! This is the perfect spot for a relaxing hike by the river.

2. Dining at the infamous Mama’s Boy.

For your own sake, order a Mama's Boy biscuit. You won't regret it.

3. Visiting the Tree That Owns Itself.

This one's hard to find, but that's half the fun!

4. Take Selfies with all the Bulldog Statues!

Make it a competition with your friends to see who can get the most selfies with the Bulldog statues found all over Athens.

5. Ringing the Chapel Bell.

This is practically mandatory. Are you really a UGA student if you don't ring the bell at least once?

6. Hiking the North Oconee River Greenway.

Another awesome hiking spot that will give you a nice little get away from the stress of school.

7. Going to a Concert at the Georgia Theatre.

The Georgia Theatre holds tons of amazing concerts, be sure to purchase your tickets and enjoy the social life of Athens!

8. Visiting the Lyndon House Arts Center.

Come and get a taste of Athens' culture at the Lyndon House Arts Center!

9. Jumping into the Herty Field Fountain.

If you didn't do this during orientation, it's not too late!

10. Go Skydiving with SkyDawgs!

Who doesn't want to go skydiving? UGA has its very own skydiving club, and they are ready to help you experience the rush that is jumping out of a plane thousands of feet in the air.

11. Make friends, eat great food, and experience more than just campus!
