Now that spring is here I'm sure you’re going through so many emotions- just as I am. and if you’re exactly like me your body is experiencing many things as well. That’s right…. ALLERGIES. This time of the year is the best and worst. It's the best because everything is new and blooming and beautiful. And it's the worst because of pollen. BUT, the good tends to outweigh the bad, at least for me. I love the show “F.R.I.E.N.D.S.” and the characters in it. Whenever I'm watching it I think that the characters reactions to events describe most of the feelings that I have. So, I thought I would make a list of times the cast of one of the best shows ever, “F.R.I.E.N.D.S.” describes our Spring experiences.

1. When the Last Snow Parcel Melts

2. When You First Come Out of Hibernation

3. When You First See the Bright Sun That’s Been Hiding All Winter

4. When You See All the Flowers Blooming

5. When You Finish School for The Year

6. When You Get FULL ON Spring Fever

7. When You Just Want to Be Outside

8. When You Want To Get Healthy and Fit

9. When Your Ice-Cold Heart Melts and You Want to Fall in Love

10. When You Break Out Your Summer Clothes

11. When You and Your Bro/Girl Get New Spring-y Hair Cuts

12. When You Go Tanning for The First Time All Year

13. When You Start Planning All the Trips with Your Squad

14. When Someone Says, They Hate This Time of Year

Happy Spring y'all! Enjoy this season and all it has to offer!!

I remember my freshman year oh so well. I remember feeling terrified the night before orientation. The one thing that I dreaded the most was not the new people, the new environment, or even the academic pressure. I was dreading having to talk to sorority girls about Recruitment. I remember cutting off and avoiding any Rho Gamma/Panhellenic Officer that came my way during First Week. I looked at them like they had asked me to cut my arm off whenever they asked me if I wanted to rush. To be honest, I did not even know what rush was, but I knew that I did NOT want to be a part of it. To me, it was dumb. It was a waste of money. It was a waste of my time.

And guess what? I did not rush my freshman year. I spent the first half of my freshman year isolating myself from everyone on campus. I spent all of my time in the library, and then (since I was a commuter) went back home once my work was finished.

Tiana would no doubt be disappointed in the food our cafeteria has to offer.

And hopefully she would cook for everyone in her dorm.

She definitley would not take any 8:00 am classes because she would be up late baking and cleaning up the communal kitchen that are available in every dorm.
