The 90's were filled with fun knickknacks and a few of the best fads of all-time. Although, it's difficult to narrow down the top games of the decade, I have chosen my personal favorite toys from the 90's, in no particular order.

1. Tamagotchi

These virtual creatures provided 90's children with hours worth of entertainment. Maintaining the life of one's Tamagotchi gave children their first sense of responsibility by making sure it got fed and didn't die while they were at grade school.

2. Moon Shoes

These mini trampolines for one's feet were always a great time. But trying to run in them was even more fun.

3. Skip-It

The game you could play all by yourself and never get bored. The Skip-It was also a great way to release excess energy, which all children dealt with.

4. Razor Scooter

The most epic way to get around one's neighborhood was by means of scooter. Wheeling around on this two-wheeled mobile made all 90's children feel super cool. But if it ever hit one's shin, it was like the most agonizing pain ever experienced.

5. Bop It

The greatest party game ever that could also be played by one's self.

6. Polly Pockets

It was always a competition with who had the most Polly Pocket items. If anyone had the jacuzzi or castle, they were instantly the coolest of the group.

7. Pogo Stick

This toy created battles with who could stay on the longest and do the most bounces.

8. American Girl Dolls

Obtaining a doll that was one's mini-me was every girl's dream. Same hair color, eye color, and style were key.

9. Easy-Bake Oven

When parents feared their children might burn the house down via oven or stove, they opted for the Easy-Bake Oven. This was every child's dream to be able to cook sugary pastries whenever he or she pleased. Although, they were sub-par treats, it was always tons of fun to make.

10. Furby

This talking, furry, owl-hamster was all the rage during the 90's.

11. Beanie Babies

Who had the most Beanie Babies became the competition of the decade.

12. Game Boy

Game Boy's were truly the best. They were video games on-the-go that one could play anytime, anywhere.

13. Nerf Gun

Nerf wars with one's siblings, friends, or other relatives were a constant battle children fought during the 90's and even still today.

14. Slinky

The classic, simple toy that one could play with for hours. What would happen if one sent it down the stairs or attached it to a moving object? The possibilities were endless.

15. Koosh Ball

This squishy, stringy ball was always a great time. One could stretch it, squeeze it, throw it, or whatever one pleased.

16. Playstation

Video games provided hours worth of entertainment. Who could resist Crash Bandicoot or Rayman?

18. Anything Klutz

The ultimate crafting kits for girls to paint their nails, braid, or really anything they wished.

7 Ways to Make Your Language More Transgender and Nonbinary Inclusive

With more people becoming aware of transgender and non-binary people, there have been a lot of questions circulating online and elsewhere about how to be more inclusive. Language is very important in making a space safer for trans and non-binary individuals. With language, there is an established and built-in measure of whether a place could be safe or unsafe. If the wrong language is used, the place is unsafe and shows a lack of education on trans and non-binary issues. With the right language and education, there can be more safe spaces for trans and non-binary people to exist without feeling the need to hide their identities or feel threatened for merely existing.

Blair Waldorf
Stop Hollywood

For those of you who have watched "Gossip Girl" before (and maybe more than just once), you know how important of a character Blair Waldorf is. Without Blair, the show doesn’t have any substance, scheme, or drama. Although the beginning of the show started off with Blair’s best friend Serena returning from boarding school, there just simply is no plot without Blair. With that being said, Blair’s presence in the show in much more complex than that. Her independent and go-getter ways have set an example for "Gossip Girl" fans since the show started and has not ended even years after the show ended. Blair never needed another person to define who she was and she certainly didn’t need a man to do that for her. When she envisioned a goal, she sought after it, and took it. This is why Blair’s demeanor encompasses strong women like her.

Singing is something I do all day, every day. It doesn't matter where I am or who's around. If I feel like singing, I'm going to. It's probably annoying sometimes, but I don't care -- I love to sing! If I'm not singing, I'm probably humming, sometimes without even realizing it. So as someone who loves to sing, these are some of the feelings and thoughts I have probably almost every day.
