Follow this recipe to the best spaghetti you will ever put in your mouth.

1. Get a medium sized pot and fill it a little over half way full with water

This is what you will use to boil our noodles in.

2. Turn your stove top on to high and salt your water

Make your water taste like the ocean, that's when you have enough salt in your pasta water.

3. Get a large pan and turn to medium high heat

This is what you will cook your ground beef in.

4. Get your unthawed ground hamburger and add this to the pan

Make sure your hamburger is fully thawed, if not then no big deal, it will just take a few minutes longer to cook!

5. Season hamburger with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cavenders or any seasonings you would want

These seasonings are personal preference measured. I put lots and lots of garlic because that's my favorite flavor.

6. Once your water begins to boil add the spaghetti noodles to the boiling water, boil 8-12 min or until it sticks to a cabinet when thrown

If you don't know when your pasta is done, throw your noodle against a cabinet and if it sticks, its ready to rock!

7. Open and drain a can of sliced mushrooms

This gives your spaghetti that extra umph of heartiness and it adds a veggie to your meal.

8. When the hamburger is all browned, add your jar of spaghetti sauce

Don't drain your hamburger grease. Dump the whole jar of sauce in the hamburger pan and then add a small bit of water into the jar and shake it to get all of the extra sauce out of the jar.

9. Add mushrooms, 2 dollops of cream cheese and 3 tablespoons of brown sugar and simmer

Yes, I know this sounds weird but you have to trust me here! This is what makes this spaghetti to die for.

10. Drain noodles and combine with sauce

Top it off with some Parmesan cheese and you are done!!

This dish is best served with garlic bread and a side salad. My mom also likes hers with a glass of milk but that's her business. If you try my recipe, please reach out and let me know what you think!

In honor of Mother’s Day, I have been thinking of all the things my mom does for my family and me. Although I couldn’t write nearly all of them, here are a few things that moms do for us.

They find that shirt that’s right in front of you, but just you can’t seem to find.

10 Reasons To Thank Your Best Friend

Take the time to thank that one friend in your life you will never let go of.

Thank You on wooden blocks

1. Thank you for being the one I can always count on to be honest.

A true friend will tell you if the shirt is ugly, or at least ask to borrow it and "accidentally" burn it.

2. Thank you for accepting me for who I am.

A best friend will love you regardless of the stale french fries you left on the floor of your car, or when you had lice in 8th grade and no one wanted to talk to you.

Do as I say, not as I do.

Your eyes widen in horror as you stare at your phone. Beads of sweat begin to saturate your palm as your fingers tremble in fear. The illuminated screen reads, "Missed Call: Mom."

Growing up with strict parents, you learn that a few things go unsaid. Manners are everything. Never talk back. Do as you're told without question. Most importantly, you develop a system and catch on to these quirks that strict parents have so that you can play their game and do what you want.

"Friends" maybe didn’t have everything right or realistic all the time, but they did have enough episodes to create countless reaction GIFs and enough awesomeness to create, well, the legacy they did. Something else that is timeless, a little rough, but memorable? Living away from the comforts of home. Whether you have an apartment, a dorm, your first house, or some sort of residence that is not the house you grew up in, I’m sure you can relate to most of these!
