Taylor Swift's 6th studio album was released on November 10th called 'Reputation'. Like many Swifties, I've been listening to it nonstop. I've also read a variety of articles on the album. Some praised the new album and others called for the "old Taylor" to come back. After spending a fair share of time listening to the album, I have picked out the best lyrics from each track on the 'Reputation'.

1. "...Ready for it?"

The opening song to her album fits the theme perfectly, but my favorite line from this song 'In the middle of the night in my dreams I know I'm going to be with you so I take my time'. It shows that no matter what happens, Taylor knows that at the end of the day she knows who she wants to be with and that they want to be with her too regardless of her reputation.

2. "End Game"

'I don't wanna hurt you I just wanna be drinking on a beach with you all over me' paints a dreamy picture in my mind (who wouldn't wanna be drinking on the beach with the love of their life).

3. "I Did Something Bad"

Easily the line, 'If a man talks shit then I owe him nothing'. This one speaks for itself if you've followed the Kanye drama. Yas Taylor YAS.

4. "Don't Blame Me"

'Don't blame me love made me crazy if it doesn't you ain't doing it right'. This line reminds me of the old Taylor in the way that she always puts 100% into her relationships, and isn't afraid of the "crazy" look the media gives her. She just owns up to it.

5. "Delicate"

'My reputation's never been worse so you must like me for me'. This is such a pure line about just how much the media has tried to control Taylor's relationships and how it's affected her reputation.

6. "Look What You Made Me Do"

When I first heard this song my favorite line was (and still is) 'I'm sorry, but the old Taylor can't come to the phone right now... Why? Oh, cause she's dead!' #sorrynotsorry

7. "So It Goes..."

'Getting caught up in a moment, lipstick on your face', is such a scandalous line (actually this whole song is) that the old Taylor never would've had on any of her other albums.

8. "Gorgeous"

'There's nothing I hate more than what I can't have'. I can hear the frustration in this song loud and clear about wanting something you can't have.

9. "Getaway Car"

This is by far my favorite song on this album and picking out one line is very challenging. 'And a circus ain't a love story and now we're both sorry' is one of my favorites.

10. "King Of My Heart"

This is my second favorite song on the album that I can relate to so well. 'Say you fancy me not fancy stuff baby all at once this is enough'.

11. "Dancing With Our Hands Tied"

'So baby can we dance through an avalanche' is a depiction of finding rhythm in the chaos of life.

12. "Dress"

This song isn't one of my favorites, but the line that sticks out the most in this song and definetly shows a different side of Taylor is ‘only bought this dress so you could take it off’.

13. "This Is Why We Can't Have Nice Things"

‘I’m shaking my head and locking then gates’ is a perfect line that, if you’ve followed the Kanye drama.

14. "Call It What You Want"

‘My baby’s fly like a jet stream, high above the whole scene loves me like I’m brand new’. I love how this song talks about how Taylor doesn’t care about what people think about her relationships, and just lets us know what her lover loves her, too.

15. "New Year's Day"

This one, in my opinion, does not fit the theme of this album. It is slow paced and might remind you of the melody of the old Taylor, but it's nowhere near "Wildest Dreams" or "All Too Well". The line that's the best from this song is 'please don't ever become a stranger whose laugh I could recognize anywhere'.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

19 Lessons I'll Never Forget from Growing Up In a Small Town

There have been many lessons learned.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
