Mary-Kate and Ashely Olsen captured America's hearts during their roll as Michelle Tanner on 'Full House.' That role is one of their most well known roles to most people, but they went on to do many big things after that role ended. You may not be aware of many of their roles afterwards, unless you were a young girl growing up in the 90s to early 2000s or had a daughter in that age range. If you were anything like me though, you were obsessed with Mary-Kate and Ashley and have seen every single one of their movies and owned many things labeled with the Mary-Kate and Ashley brand. In honor of their 30th birthday, let's reminisce about some of the best Mary-Kate and Ashley things throughout the years.

"Full House"

I already mentioned 'Full House,' but I can't not mention it again. The Olsen Twins were just so adorable as Michelle Tanner. We all know and love her favorite line, "You got it dude!"

"It Takes Two"

Next to 'Full House' their roles in 'It Takes Two' is probably their next best known role. Out of all their movies, it is one of their best and definitely a classic!

Mary-Kate and Ashley Movies

If you knew nothing else about the Olsen twins, besides 'Full House' and 'It Takes Two,' you probably knew about their movies. Those three things are what I considered to be their most popular and what they're most well known for. I could talk about each Mary-Kate and Ashley movie individually, but that would take me days. Yes, I have seen every single one and owned almost every single one VHS tape. When I have a daughter way in the future, I will show her these movies because they were one of my favorite things growing up.

"Two Of A Kind:" Tv Series

'Full House' wasn't the only TV series the Olsen twins were on. A lot of people don't know about this show because it only lasted a year. Even though this show only lasted for a short period of time, it continued to play re-runs of the show for years to come. It was a funny and witty show with the classic plot of a single dad raising his twin daughters who finds a love interest.

Two Of Kind: Books

Even though the show 'Two Of Kind' didn't last very long, there were also 'Two Of Kind' books. Some of the episodes of the show were written into books, some were from Mary-Kate and Ashley's perspective and the others were just made up by the authors of the books. These books were very popular among Mary-Kate and Ashley fans.

"So Little Time"

'So Little Time' was the third TV series the Olsen twins starred in. This TV series only lasted for about a year as well, but continued to be popular with fans as they aired re-runs and also sold the episodes on DVD and VHS. This series consisted of two teenage twins facing the classic school, family, friends and boy issues. I loved this series and wish it would've lasted longer! I owned all the episodes on DVD.

The Adventures of Mary-Kate and Ashley

Who wouldn't love the adorable Olsen twins solving mysteries? This series was musical mysteries that the twins solved with their sidekick Basset Hound, Clue, by their side. The always solved the mystery as their motto was, "We'll solve any crime by dinner time!"

The New Adventures of Mary-Kate and Ashley

The New Adventures were a spin off on the orginal series, but this time as books. The Olsen twins continue to solve mysteries with Clue by their side.

"You're Invited"

We all loved being invited to Mary-Kate and Ashleys parties! We all just wished we could've been there in real life. This series was another one of their musical video series. I loved watching this vidoes and feeling like I was right there with them.

Mary-Kate and Ashley Dolls

There was a Mary-Kate and Ashley doll for everything! Beach day, spa day, red carpet event and a doll to go with several of their movies. Every Mary-Kate and Ashley fan just to had to have a Mary-Kate and Ashley doll!

Walmart Fashion Line

Slap the words 'Mary-Kate and Ashley' on something and little girls went crazy. Mary-Kate and Ashley introduced their very first fashion line at Walmart that included clothes, fragrances, make-up and even blowdryers and straighteners. I had to have anything that had their names on it. My very first blowdryer was from their line and I thought it was the coolest thing ever.

Fashion Lines

Since their very first fashion line at Walmart they have been busy releasing several more fashion lines. Their fashion line The Row consists of ready to wear handbags and eyewear. Elizabeth and James is their luxury fashion line named after their younger brother and sister. The line also includes eyewear, jewelry, handbags and fragrances. Olsenboye is their more affordable clothing line that they created with JCPenny. This line consists of fun casual looks to more professional looks. Their line StyleMint is also a more affordable line that consists mostly of cute teeshirts. Their most recent fashion line was through a Sweedish store called Bik Bok. They have been busy created fashion lines from high end fashion to more affordable clothing.

So many young girls loved and looked up to Mary-Kate and Ashley growing up. It is clear that the Olsen twins created an empire. Even though they haven't acted together in over a decade the duo has still been busy working together on their fashion careers. We were all sad when they didn't sign back on for 'Fuller House' but they both haven't acted in a long time and both wanted to continue their focus on their fashion. That doesn't mean that we don't hope that they at least make a guest appearance in season two of 'Fuller House.' No matter what their fans still love them and wish them the best of luck in their careers.

Fun fact: They're not identical twins. Despite them looking so much alike they are actually faternal twins.

7 Ways to Make Your Language More Transgender and Nonbinary Inclusive

With more people becoming aware of transgender and non-binary people, there have been a lot of questions circulating online and elsewhere about how to be more inclusive. Language is very important in making a space safer for trans and non-binary individuals. With language, there is an established and built-in measure of whether a place could be safe or unsafe. If the wrong language is used, the place is unsafe and shows a lack of education on trans and non-binary issues. With the right language and education, there can be more safe spaces for trans and non-binary people to exist without feeling the need to hide their identities or feel threatened for merely existing.

Blair Waldorf
Stop Hollywood

For those of you who have watched "Gossip Girl" before (and maybe more than just once), you know how important of a character Blair Waldorf is. Without Blair, the show doesn’t have any substance, scheme, or drama. Although the beginning of the show started off with Blair’s best friend Serena returning from boarding school, there just simply is no plot without Blair. With that being said, Blair’s presence in the show in much more complex than that. Her independent and go-getter ways have set an example for "Gossip Girl" fans since the show started and has not ended even years after the show ended. Blair never needed another person to define who she was and she certainly didn’t need a man to do that for her. When she envisioned a goal, she sought after it, and took it. This is why Blair’s demeanor encompasses strong women like her.

singing
Cambio

Singing is something I do all day, every day. It doesn't matter where I am or who's around. If I feel like singing, I'm going to. It's probably annoying sometimes, but I don't care -- I love to sing! If I'm not singing, I'm probably humming, sometimes without even realizing it. So as someone who loves to sing, these are some of the feelings and thoughts I have probably almost every day.
