The Best Instrumental Songs

In This Article:

Many would think a song without words is boring however sometimes there is a beautiful quality in a song without words. A friend once told me that there are people who play instruments as music to sing to but there are also those who play the instruments that sing as music on their own. This is a compilation of such songs.

Everything by City of the Sun

This is a vivacious fast paced song that utilizes a variety of different instruments to create a beautiful sound. The band itself plays incredible music that is definitely worth checking out. 100% one of the best instrumentals of all time.

The Cave by Jason Swanson

This is an instrumental version of the song The Cave by Mumford & Sons. It is without words because the way Jason Swanson plays his guitar makes it so that there is no need for words. Incredible acoustics.

Where's My Love - Piano Solo by SYML

The original of this song with the words is incredible however the song without words on a piano is just as incredible. The song itself has a beautiful melody that makes it so enjoyable to the ears to hear as an instrumental.

Intro by The xx

This song has such an interesting tune. It gradually progresses from its beginning and only gets better as the song progresses. A very good instrumental song overall.

Saturn (Instrumental) by Sleeping At Last

This band is one of my recent discoveries however, the band is absolutely INCREDIBLE. Their music is so moving even when there are no words. Their music brings a wave of emotions on me every time I listen to it. I plead with you, to give this band a listen.

Mr. Art Valnades by Sergio Altamura

This song is moving in a subtle way. I enjoy listening it to while a study especially because its just very pleasant to hear.

The River Flows In You by Yiruma

One of the most well known instrumentals of all time. A classic. A goodie.

Crystallize by Lindsey Stirling

The way Lindsey Stirling plays the violin is absolutely incredible. She completely creates a beautiful symphony in her music which is why I recommend this song to you.

I'm serious

There are tons of unisex names that are popular: Taylor, Alex, Bailey, etc. There are also numerous names that are used for both sexes, but they’re not seen as “unisex” yet. People are slowly becoming accustomed to the dual use of these names, but for the most part, in their minds they associate certain names with certain sexes. And that leaves those of us with these names in many awkward situations.

I'm an anthropology major, and I love every minute of it. I couldn't tell you why, but I guess there's just something about studying different lifestyles that absolutely fascinates me. But anthropology majors definitely have our weird sides, especially when you go to a school that is filled with mostly Business and Bio majors. But us weirdos definitely have a lot in common, specifically these 16 things.

pale girl

Everyone has insecurities, that's just a fact. You didn't ask to be born this way. You didn't ask to inherit the one trait no one else in your family has. And you definitely didn't ask to be this ghostly white. But as soon as you've learned to live with it for a while (less wrinkles later on in life, right? right???) someone has to ruin it for you. They have to flaunt they're perfectly tanned body from Spring Break and hold their sun-kissed skin against yours. But I've had enough... here are the things that perpetually pale individuals are tired of hearing.
