In today's world, it's just too easy to get wrapped up in the negatives and focus on everything that's going wrong. Whether it's a particularly hard day at work, you just got dumped, or you lay in bed at night unable to fall asleep because you can't stop thinking about how our country is currently being run by a reality show host, it's all scary stuff.
