Crime docs are like real like horror stories. Even more interesting if it never really gets solved. The following are crime documentaries on Netflix and Hulu.
The Trials Of Gabriel Fernandez on Netflix
This crime documentary definitely got a rise out of me the most compared to other crime docs I’ve watched. I loved this one. It’s so controversial. I even wrote an article about the social workers in the case.

It has a great story and is definitely worth watching.
The Confession Tapes on Netflix
The Confession Tapes are multiple different crimes. Each episode is something different. This documentary allows you to look into how interrogations work and how people can to admit to a crime they didn’t commit.
Abducted In Plain Sight on Netflix
This one has so many plot twists it makes you doubt if it’s even a real story. From affairs to predators, this one is definitely worth watching as long as you’re able pay attention because if you’re away for 5 minutes you might miss something.
The ACT on Hulu
Now technically this isn’t a documentary, it’s a re-enactment. It’s still good and is a crazy story. This one is about Gypsy Rose Blanchard and is very controversial. So this “re-enactment” allows people to inform their own opinion on the situation.
