Most people probably aren't about trying to contort their bodies into awkward positions and weird angles in a dark room filled with usually-flexible people. For a long time, I wasn't either. I'm not exactly a yogi and there are days when I can't even touch my toes. Nevertheless, I find yoga to be a very relaxing activity that reminds me of the connection between my mind, body and soul. I might not be a professional, but who said I had to be? It's something enjoyable that I can do on my own or with some friends, and it's a chance for me to unwind.
