People will think you’re pretending for attention.
People will think you are crazy.
People will judge you.

People don’t understand.
It can last for a minute, or it can last for an hour.
It has no time limit.
You use all the strength and energy you have to work yourself out of it.
It is mentally and physically exhausting.
You hope it never happens again, but you know it will.
