Trapper Keepers were an essential back-to-school item.

Watching every single "Home Alone" movie.

The Beanie Babies were always sold out.

You know the "Macarena" by heart.

You said, "Talk to the hand!" constantly.

You were sure that Brain would take over the world.

You knew Mary-Kate and Ashley both as Michelle Tanner.

Light up sneakers were the coolest thing you could wear.

Hide-n-Go Seek, Red Light Green Light, Heads up 7-Up, kickball, Red Rover, Bop It, and Four Square were some of your favorite games.

Capri Sun, Fruit by the Foot, Gushers, and Fruit Roll-Ups were a must have in your lunch box.

The most important decisions were made by "eeny- meny- miney- moe."

Being old was anyone over the age of 20.

You dreamed about being "slimed."

You made fortune tellers and told all your friends their fortunes.

Silly Putty was one of the best things that could be found in your Christmas stocking or Easter basket.

"Bill Nye the Science Guy" theme song. Yep, you are already singing it in your head.

Having every single flavor of Lip Smackers.

You had a Gameboy, and it was the coolest electronic you owned.

The MASH game during free time was your favorite.

You couldn't go without losing one of your stick on earrings.

Just a few flashbacks to the 90s. Hope they made all the 90s babies smile.

In college, one of the essential things to have is friends. Yes, textbooks, a laptop, and other school supplies are important but friends are essential. Friends are that support system everybody needs. The more friends you have the better the support system you have. But you also have someone to share experiences with. And don’t settle for just one or two friends because 8 out of 10 times they are busy and you are studying all alone. Or they have other friend groups that do not include you. Don’t settle for just one or two friends; make as many friends as you can. After the first couple of weeks of college, most friend groups are set and you may be without friends.
