As I am currently rewatching Gossip Girl due to my extreme boredom from being home from school, I am realizing there are a lot of moments that I had forgotten about. Call me basic, but I truly do love the show, and these are some of my favorite quotes.

1. "Life with you could never be boring."

Chuck to Blair, after he finally admitted his love for her. They are by far my favorite couple.

2. "If you're going to be sad, you might as well be sad in Paris."

Blair convincing Serena to go to France with her for the summer after Serena broke up with Dan.

3. "Three words. Eight letters. Say it and I'm yours."

Blair trying to get Chuck to admit his feelings, and of course he couldn't do it.

4. "Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to get drunk enough to make you all seem interesting."

Georgina being Georgina, and this is sometimes very relatable.

5. "If two people are meant to be together, eventually they'll find their way back."

Chuck to Blair, sensing a pattern?

6. "You are no one until you are talked about."

Dan confessing to everyone that he had been Gossip Girl all along and wrote himself into the world of the rich Upper East Side.

7. "You can't make people love you but you can make them fear you."

Blair being the queen of the Upper East Side.

I hope this inspired you to get out Netflix and rewatch!

Thank You on wooden blocks

1. Thank you for being the one I can always count on to be honest.

A true friend will tell you if the shirt is ugly, or at least ask to borrow it and "accidentally" burn it.

2. Thank you for accepting me for who I am.

A best friend will love you regardless of the stale french fries you left on the floor of your car, or when you had lice in 8th grade and no one wanted to talk to you.

Do as I say, not as I do.

Your eyes widen in horror as you stare at your phone. Beads of sweat begin to saturate your palm as your fingers tremble in fear. The illuminated screen reads, "Missed Call: Mom."

Growing up with strict parents, you learn that a few things go unsaid. Manners are everything. Never talk back. Do as you're told without question. Most importantly, you develop a system and catch on to these quirks that strict parents have so that you can play their game and do what you want.

"Friends" maybe didn’t have everything right or realistic all the time, but they did have enough episodes to create countless reaction GIFs and enough awesomeness to create, well, the legacy they did. Something else that is timeless, a little rough, but memorable? Living away from the comforts of home. Whether you have an apartment, a dorm, your first house, or some sort of residence that is not the house you grew up in, I’m sure you can relate to most of these!
