From selling coffee for a living to not wanting to get out of bed, the following small list of songs are somehow catchy and relatable, while also carrying a variety of themes. Obviously each list will vary from person to person (I mean, my sister told me that she personally relates to Come Get Her by Rae Sremmurd), so this compiled list personally relates to my current state of being.

1. A Cup Of Coffee - Julian Moon

"Come on, it's not the end of the world.

I mean, really, it's just a...cup of coffee, lady.

Is it really gonna break your day if it's not exactly your way?

It's just a...cup of coffee, lady.

Get another one for free, but don't take it out on me"

2. Wessex Boy - Frank Turner

"There's something about coming back to your hometown again,

the place where you grew up and where you found your firmest friends,

And though none of them still live here,

I've got nowhere to go...when I'm here I'm home"

3. Crayola Doesn't Make A Color For Your Eyes - Kristin Andreassen

"When I tried to draw it, It always came out wrong.

I had a box 12, 48, and, 64.

But no where could I find that one shade I was looking for."

4. Stay Out - Nina Nesbitt

"He's got a Rolling Stones tee,

But he only knows one song.

They think they're from the sixties,

But they were born in 1991"

5. When I Get Older- Wild Party

"We wanna be like the celebrities that we see on tv with a nice set of keys
But what I want is what you want and we both want to feel young
Yet somewhat mistreated yeah some what misjudged"

6. Some Of My Friends - Hemming

"Some of my friends taught me how to be strong
And some of my friends don't know how to be alone
Some of my friends I may have just met
But they could turn into people that I never forget"

7. Pantaloon - Twenty One Pilots

"Now it's your turn
To be alone
Find a wife
And build yourself a home
You have learned
Way too soon
That your dad is now the pantaloon."

8. Last Person - Jenny Owen Youngs

"I mean what's the worst thing
(What's the worst thing)
That could happen
We find out that we don't quite fit
But on the flip side
(On the flip side)
We could be just right"

9. Too Little Too Late - Jojo

"Time has made me strong
I'm starting to move on
I'm gonna say this now
Your chance has come and gone"

10. Don't Stop Believin' - Journey

"Some will win, some will lose
Some were born to sing the blues
Oh, the movie never ends
It goes on and on, and on, and on"

11. L.I.F.E.G.O.E.S.O.N. - Noah and the Whale

"You've got more than money and sense, my friend
You've got heart and you go in your own way"

12. Don't Wanna Wake Up - The Score

"That I don't wanna wake up
Don't care if it's morning
Just put me back to sleep"

13. In Your Arms - Chef'special

"I know you're gone, I know you're gone
But my mind ain't in control"

14. Keep Your Head Up - Ben Howard

"Keep your head up, keep your heart strong.
No, no, no, no, keep your mind set, keep your hair long."

As college students, we are all familiar with the horror show that is course registration week. Whether you are an incoming freshman or selecting classes for your last semester, I am certain that you can relate to how traumatic this can be.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

As an English Major in college, I have a lot of writing and especially creative writing pieces that I work on throughout the semester and sometimes, I'll find it hard to get the motivation to type a few pages and the thought process that goes behind it. April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
