On August 20th, Taylor Swift deleted everything from all of her social media accounts. This wasn't limited to Facebook, Tumblr, Twitter, and Instagram. "Taylor Swift is Breaking the Internet" and "Only Taylor Swift Would Get More Attention Than the Solar Eclipse" were just some of the headlines I read that day. Then came August 21st. A vague 10 second video was posted to all of her social media accounts. No sound, and a shaky, blurry thing looking like something out of a commercial for American Horror Story. The internet and the Swift fandom lost all chill. By August 22nd, Taylor released yet another video that was 20 seconds long and still had no sound. But Swifties picked up that it was a snake that was the image slithering around in the video. By August 23rd, it was finally announced. TS6. Is. Coming.

Being a Swiftie myself, I could not contain my excitement when I found out that on November 10th there would be a whole new album, not to mention, the first single was to be released on August 24th. So Swifities all over the world can relate to the 10stages of waiting on the highly anticipated new album, "Reputation".

1. When Tay does any little thing, like deleting all her social media and posting descriptive videos, we all begin to act like FBI agents.

2. The scenarios for what she could be up to are ENDLESS considering we haven't heard much from her over the past year.

3. So you begin listening to every album from start to finish reminiscing.

4. You begin to over analyze EVERY hint she drops. Who is this new album about? What exactly has all happened since 2014 when 1989 dropped.

5. You start saving your money up because new music=new tour=you MUST go.

6. You will ALWAYS have that one person who says, "calm down" or "so what."

7. Trolling the internet 24/7 and getting heated over the headlines/rumors.

8. When she keeps dropping vague hits and you literally cannot deal.

9. Thinking about how you lasted three whole years without new T. Swift music makes you cringe.

10. Your reaction when you FINALLY hear and confirm that new music is coming, and no one else understands your level of hype.

As college students, we are all familiar with the horror show that is course registration week. Whether you are an incoming freshman or selecting classes for your last semester, I am certain that you can relate to how traumatic this can be.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Bonus points if it is more than two.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
