It is a fact universally acknowledged that hot chocolate is a delicious drink that can bring even the most high strung people to a state of tranquility. I have found myself to be a connoisseur of hot chocolate. At this point in my young life I have been to enough countries to proudly say that I have sipped on the lightest flavorful hot chocolates of Sweden to the richest cocoa of France. I have mastered the art of crafting places and finding ways whether at home or on vacation to enjoy drinking hot chocolate. I have much more to learn but below are 10 scenarios that I consider to be the best ways to drink your hot chocolate! Enjoy!

1. Drink your enticing cup of hot cocoa on a window seal with lace embroidered cushions and a hand-knit throw blanket.

2. Get your hot chocolate in a to-go cup and set out to explore the city.

3. Sit outside of a cozy café in the early morning and take sips of the hot chocolate’s caramel drizzled whip cream while watching the city awake for the festivities of the day!

4.Catch up with an old friend at a pastry shop! Laugh endlessly over a plate of blueberry waffles bathed in syrup. Toast each other for a continuing year of friendship with a cup of hot chocolate.

5. Have a movie night and attempt to make you own fresh hot chocolate. Pull out that good old boiling pot and use the flaky hot chocolate recipe (which I first hand can attest as the best kind).

6. Sometime during the night when the sun has gone and the moon has risen to full glow, start journaling your ideas, goals, and creative thoughts. With the moonlight encasing your paper be sipping on a cup of hot cocoa with marshmallows melting into the exquisite drink! And its totally ok if you spill some on your paper!

7. Head to class all chic with a scarf wrapped around your neck and a cup of hot chocolate in hand!

8. Get in your PJ’s and put on you cuddly socks while reading a good book next to the fireplace, and I’m sure you can guess what’s missing from this pic!

9. During those long study nights enjoy a venti hot chocolate to keep your spirits high and your anxiety at a low!

10. Be creative and find new places and things to do while drinking your cup of hot cocoa!
