After many conversations (with myself) I have decided that these are the actual best ten candies to hand out, eat, and indulge in during Halloween. For years, there have been wars upon candy lovers to decide which candy is really the best. Well, I am here to put an end to it all. Alright, maybe this one is purely because I love Swedish Fish, but the entire state of Kentucky agrees with me, according to a study I found on the most liked candies from each state.
