Thanksgiving means many things to many different people. Some people love Thanksgiving and some don't celebrate it at all. I personally love Thanksgiving and as I'm sitting at the dinner table I always feel an intense sense of gratitude and thankfulness.
I can't speak for all millennials, but for me, Thanksgiving means family, love, and breaking bread with people you care about. So when I reflect upon what I'm thankful for, it's easy. I'm thankful for my family, friends, the roof over my head and that I don't have to want for anything in life because compared to many I have it pretty damn good.
This year, I hope when my family and yours gather around the dinner table we can set aside our problems and different views and just enjoy one another and reflect upon what we are thankful for.
This is what Thanksgiving means to me as a millennial, what does it mean to you?
