When a young girl starts in dance classes, she might not realize the impact her teachers will have on her.

Some girls look up to their teachers in class. Following their every move.

It was only within my last year or so in high school that I began to feel the impact my teachers had on me.

I could feel their dedication to their craft and see the passion they had.

Yet at the same time, we still had our fun.

They trusted us with choreography that told their personal stories.

Because of my teachers, I now want to have some kind of career in dance.

My main goal is to be a teacher, however I wouldn't be opposed to having a job in performing.

I want to have the impact on young girls.

I want to teach them like they did.

I want to choreograph.

I want them to feel that same impact that my teachers had on me.
