A Thank You To Everyone

It is the simple things to be thankful for

A Thank You To Everyone
Plan wallpapaer

It may be past Thanksgiving for the whole being thankful speech, but since the trees and lights are up I really want to say thank you to some people...

First, I want to thank my family for always being there and for building my foundation as decent human being. Honestly, I can't stress that enough.

Second, would be my friends who have my back but also tell me when I am wrong, give advice and just know how to cheer each other up even if that means making fun of each other with memes for an hour. With everything in life, my friends have been there for me and I thank them for sharing the memories with me, even if that means catching up with a cup of coffee on me.

To all my classmates in my crazy paramedic class, thank you for the laughs and keeping the mood up-- especially on Monday nights.
The same goes for my instructors, who not only know and love what they do, but are making sure we understand and know what we are doing in a way we all are passing. I know when I am done that I am going to be confident enough because of them.

And for everyone who has come and gone, thank you for being part of it or as Fall Out Boy says, "Thnks Fr Th Mmrs".

The Daily Struggles of Being a College Commuter

I've been in college for four years now. I spent half my time as a commuter and half as a resident so I've experienced both sides of the housing spectrum. One thing I've learned comparing the two is that my struggles as a commuter far outweigh anything I went through while living on campus. Commuters have to deal with the problems school brings along with a slew of other issues; I've filled up my gas tank in the worst kind of weather conditions and napped in random places in public more times than I'm proud to say of. This is a list of some of the most challenging aspects of being a commuter.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!
