A Thank You Letter To My Mom And Dad

Dear Mom and Dad,

Thank you. I made it through another semester of school because of your ongoing support. To be honest I couldn't have done this without you. This semester has been a roller coaster ride. The ups and the downs of this semester, you always made sure you were there supporting me.

The days where I was so stressed that you let me vent to you on the phone till you couldn't listen to it anymore and the moments when I made you proud. Sorry for those days where I texted you and called you a million times because I couldn't decide what to wear... or even what to do for dinner.

Mom and Dad, you are my biggest supports. Thank you for always cheering me on and teaching me to be the person I am today.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
