A Thank You To A R I Z O N A, From The World’s Most Grateful Fan

Last year I stumbled upon a band of the name A R I Z O N A on Spotify. Let me tell you - it was the best stumble I have ever made in my whole life.

Their music is something different from what I've ever heard. It was music I related too, music for every mood I had or was going through. Their music helped me through tons of things that was going on in my life and now I wanted to give them a Thank you from me, or the other fans, to them.

Dave, Nathaniel, Zach, J-Man, and the whole crew,

I want to thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for changing me into a different person from who I used to be. You might never think of it but your music has helped me and probably a good group of your 6,298,240 monthly listeners on Spotify.

The first time I saw you guys was unreal, it was at my first festival GovBall. I didn't expect your music to sound exactly the same live, but guess what? It did.

Out of all the other artists, I have seen in my lifetime (it's only nineteen years so I mean it's not a lot but anyway), A R I Z O N A sounds true to their album tracks. After Govball, I fell even more in love with the thought of your band and your music. I listened to the words deeply and some of those words hit home to me.

This is when I realized Ihad to meet you guys. The first time we met, I was starstruck. Not only was it at a small party for the band, close friends, the media, and the fans but it was also the first night I met you guys.

Outpost changed a lot for me. When meeting all the other celebrities I have met in the past they acted like what you would think celebrities would act like - snobby, rude, just doing it for the money but you guys were completely different.

I was treated like I was a long lost friend of you guys and it made me feel so welcomed into this group.

Not only did I meet you guys at Outpost I happened to meet some of the most amazing people (Catherine, Madison, and Ashley) who I can consider close friends now.

The best night of my life happened on October 11th, 2017, the Philly concert where I bought VIP and just got to really sit down and talk to Zach and Dave (I still wish you were Nathaniel). During this VIP session, we sat down and talked about life and if we enjoyed where we were currently.

Honestly, during this session, I realized that this place in my life where I currently am is Where I Wanna Be. Zach, when you say at every show "If you're not doing what you love with who you love, you are wasting your time." it gave me this Electric Touch. It helped me really realize I'm doing what I love with the people I love so I know I'm not wasting my time.

Let me start by saying Not A Single Day goes by where I don't listen to your music so, Thank all of you for letting me understand that I'm going to go through tough times and I'm going to overcome tough times.

That it's okay to cry sometimes, it's okay to admit that I Was Wrong. You taught me that People doCry Every Night, it might not be me or someone I know but there is always someone out there that was once feeling what I was feeling.

Sure, sad thoughts may Cross My Mind or keep my mind Running but it happens to everyone. I am Brave Enough to get through whatever obstacles is in my way and your music helps me believe that.

No matter if you guys are Oceans Away I will always feel a connection with you and your music so basically what I'm saying is that this girl Ain't Gonna Leave. Once again, thank you. Now I just have one question when Are You going back on tour? Because I need to see you guys again.

Love, A Dedicated Fan.

As college students, we are all familiar with the horror show that is course registration week. Whether you are an incoming freshman or selecting classes for your last semester, I am certain that you can relate to how traumatic this can be.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Bonus points if it is more than two.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
