It's at that point in your study abroad experience where we're missing your loved ones a little extra than normal. In our defense, we've been flying solo in a different country for 3 months...props to us! Below are 15 texts I (and probably you) are guilty of sending to your family, friends, significant other, etc:
1. "I miss you."
2. "What time is it there?"
3. "I have major FOMO."
4. "Send pictures of *insert pet's name* NOW."
5. "I wish you were here."
6. "*X* days until I'm home!"
7. "When I get back I can't wait to go to *insert restaurant's name*."
8. "I have never been this broke."
9. "I am CLEARLY super cultured now."
10. "Buttttt I do miss having English be the given language."
11. "Give me the scoop/updates on life in America."
12. "Here are pictures from *place you just traveled to*."
13. "If you were here, you would LOVE this."
14. "The time difference is killing me."
15. "I love you so much."
