Tevfik Arif's business and success. Relations and activities of Tofig Arifov in America and cooperation with Donald Trump

What does drive a person with a wonderful, prosperous business to take a big risk? The well-known Kazakh businessman Tofig Arifov knows the answer to this question. He began his career as a businessman back in 1991, having tried himself in many industries. But he managed to become world famous precisely thanks to the Bayrock Group, which he created in the USA. Now this company is also successfully operating in Ukraine, Poland, and Turkey. It is not easy to lead international corporations, but Tofig Arifov has successfully coped with this task for decades.

TEVFIC ARIF DEVELOPES AMERICA

Arif decided to create his own business in the USA back in 2001. Of course, in what other direction should businessman of this magnitude to look? The company he created was called the Bayrock Group. The main direction of this business is the real estate market. America has "seen" more than one thousand entrepreneurs from other countries trying to enter its markets. Most of these attempts have failed completely. It is known that the development of American markets requires unprecedented ability to work, business acumen and iron confidence. It seems that Tevfik Arif turned out to be a man endowed with all these qualities. Our hero went through a strong school of survival in his homeland, so the conquest of America was not a failure for him. Large-scale individuals need wide open spaces for the application of their talents. Therefore he was not afraid to move part of his offices to the off-center part of Brooklyn even having a very successful business in Russia and Turkey. In essence, it was an all-in game in which Arif has won. Among the first things that Tevfik Arif took up in the USA is the restructuring of the Loehmann`s Seaport Plaza shopping center on the Shipshead Bay coastline. At first, Arif was the first and only employee of the Bayrock Group. A little later, he took to his companions Felix Seiter as executive director. Things were going uphill. The Bayrock Group office has moved from the outskirts of Brooklyn to Trump Tower – it is a 58-story skyscraper in the heart of New York.

TOFIG ARIFOV COOPERATES WITH DONALD TRUMP

Tevfik Arif acquaintance with Trump had a positive impact on his business in America. The billionaire and current president of the United States granted Arif a Trump Soho license to organize cooperation between a Kazakh entrepreneur and Sapir Organization. In collaboration with the Bayrock Group, Donald Trump built a tower and hotel in Fort Lauderdale – it is a resort town on the east coast of southern Florida. The buildings are called Trump International. Among other things, Tofig Arifov helped attract investors from Russia to Trump's business, developing business cooperation on different sides of the Atlantic Ocean. This mutually beneficial cooperation continues to this day. And the presidency of Trump has only strengthened the position of Arifov's business.
