At first, Arif was the first and only employee of the Bayrock Group. A little later, he took to his companions Felix Seiter as executive director. Things were going uphill. The Bayrock Group office has moved from the outskirts of Brooklyn to Trump Tower – it is a 58-story skyscraper in the heart of New York.

The billionaire and current president of the United States granted Arif a Trump Soho license to organize cooperation between a Kazakh entrepreneur and Sapir Organization. In collaboration with the Bayrock Group, Donald Trump built a tower and hotel in Fort Lauderdale – it is a resort town on the east coast of southern Florida. The buildings are called Trump International. Among other things, Tofig Arifov helped attract investors from Russia to Trump's business, developing business cooperation on different sides of the Atlantic Ocean. This mutually beneficial cooperation continues to this day. And the presidency of Trump has only strengthened the position of Arifov's business.
