How many traits characteristics traits do you know about yourself? I find that figuring out who I am as a person and why I am such a creative geek and a people person is a must learning experience that I need to discover my personal self a psychological understanding.
Finding the traits that you can work on a daily basis to evolve who you are is a key essential to your daily living for being you. Knowing who I am as a person from taking the VIA test opened up myself to what I am capable to the world, and what I need to work on for myself. I highly recommend for everyone to take the VIACharacter Strength Test to determine the top ten qualities that make up who they are as a character. The VIA test gives you twenty-five characteristics, ten being your greatest assets to you and the last fifteen character traits that applies to you only by a trickle. I took this test back in February to really dive deep on my personality. The top five that was brought up was creativity being my first, humor, kindness, social intelligence, and hope. Throughout each listing of a character trait had my brain shook because it really framed my personality as a person.
The reason why I suggest this test to you because it creates a defining psychology analysis of you. These traits are what you present to others on a daily basis. It can help determine what you are lacking in yourself and you can figure out ways to better yourself. Plus, you can build off of traits to seek more mind-fullness in your daily life. After taking the test that only takes a couple minutes of your day, write down an affirmation to you on those traits and reflect on how you use them day after day to improve as a person.
To all the souls out there, I am an Arizona born native who lives and has a mind for creativity.
