Ten Times We Were All Ross Geller

After watching the 90s favorite we've all compared ourselves to each character, and most of you probably related to Racheal or Joey, or maybe even Chandler, but lets face it, deep down we're all the quirky, yet cocky paleontologist, Ross.

1. When its move in day, and you're trying to organize without disrupting your roommate's stuff.

2. When you're making food for everyone, but they already ordered pizza.

3. When you unintentionally make a fool out of yourself during a class presentation.

4. When you get an A on the test you didn't even study for.

5. When you fail a test you didn't study for.

6. When your two best friends start dating.

7. When someone asks how you are during finals week.

8. When the people down the hall don't know the meaning of quiet hours.

9. When you begin to realize that you've had a little too much to drink.

10. When fall comes around and you haven't worn jeans in almost three months.

No one told us life was gonna be this way, but Ross you made us realize that life isn't all that glamorous, but with a little sarcasm, a few too many drinks, and a pan full of burnt fajitas, everything is going to work out just fine.

But, I know that there are plenty of times I forgot to give you a simple thank you or an appreciative smile. I thank you for everything that you have done for me and will continue to do for me. Here are some examples of those times where you had my back and I forgot to pat your back for saving me:

College is hard. As people ages 18-22, we’re just trying to figure out what we’re doing with our lives, our careers, our eating habits, exercise routines, sleep patterns, and other necessities for adult life. We definitely don’t take proper care of ourselves; it’s basically impossible when we have essays, tests and readings due and somehow we’re supposed to eat right, exercise and sleep. We’re doomed to get sick. I have zero experience in science but when I get sick there are certain things I do to make myself better.

Now that it seems “talking” is the new way to date, and will stay that way until another idiotic term is used to describe the people who can’t settle down and just date someone, I feel as if it’s time to go over the unwritten rules of “talking.”

Rule 1. Having feeling without feeling.
