Ten Reasons To Love Dogs

Dogs, like people, deserve to receive the love they give.

So many dogs are abused, or in need of a home. Dogs deserve so much more than harm and homelessness. It makes me so sad to think that some dogs have fears greater than wondering when their owner will return home. All dogs should be showered with hugs and kisses and here is why.

1. They love you-always.

2. They keep all of your secrets.

3. The are the best cuddle buddies.

4. They are the best listeners.

5. Statistics show they naturally bring joy.

6. They give the best kisses.

7. Good companions for walks

8. They protect those they love (Aka you).

9. They reduce stress.

10. They clean up your crumbs.

11. If you have a dog you have a best friend for life.

To all dog owners, I hope you understand how lucky you are to have an animal who loves you as much as your dog loves you, and I hope you return to them the love you receive. To anyone thinking about adopting a dog, you will experience these joys listed and many more. I love dogs, hopefully you have now found some ways to love them a little more too!

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.
