I love fall! It's my favorite season! Gone are the sweltering days of summer, and here are the cloudy, cool comfortable ones! There's Halloween, Thanksgiving, and the most important holiday of all, my birthday! Without further ado, here are the top ten reasons fall is the best season!

1. The Weather

Honestly, what is better than a cool autumn day? Trick question! Nothing. Being able to go outside without feeling the need to peel your skin off due ti the sweltering heat or not risking pneumonia and shivering away without a parka is one of the best things about fall. Break out those bomber jackets, because they were made for fall.

2. The Fashion

Everyone knows that fall fashion is better fashion. You can actually wear what you want, without having to accommodate for the temperature. Plus, there's nothing comfier than a pair of leggings and an over-sized sweater! Don't forget boots galore! After all, sweater weather is better weather!

3. The Food

Fall food is just so comforting! There's all the warm classics and dips you know and love, along with all the special holiday treats. There's tailgate dips and desserts, caramel apples and candy corn, turkey and stuffing; you get it all in one season! with so may sweet holidays and special occasions, you are set in the snack department during autumn.

4. The Drinks

Apple cider. PSLs. Caramel. Vanilla. Peach. Every glorious flavor you can think of comes out during fall, and we are the ones that benefit from it. Apple cider is refreshing hot or cold, and makes for a great staple. The Pumpkin Spice Latte is a classic, and despite its reputation, should not be dismissed from the blessing of the fall drink lineup. A warm cup of coffee never tastes better, and all the flavor combinations from the harvest time become an exhilaration part of the autumn experience.

5. The Scents

But consider this: is there a better smelling season than fall? I think not. Have you ever been to a Bath and Body Works starting in late August, even before the official start of fall? If not, you are missing out. Fall has scents to please every person, with sweet sugary pumpkins to fresh, crisp apples, there is something along the entire spectrum.

6. The Holidays

I'm a let you finish, but Halloween is the greatest holiday of all time. There's free candy (for the kids, at least!), costumes, and themed parties galore. There's witches ghosts, goblins, and more. Honestly, there' nothing cuter than having a bunch of trick or treaters come up to your door. Don't knock Thanksgiving either. Yes, you have t hug and get a kiss from weird Aunt Glenda and her obnoxiously pink lipstick, but when else can you indulge like that with some of the best food ever created? Never. Exactly. Autumn holidays are awesome holidays.

7. The Activities

Fall has soooo many more opportunities for plans than other seasons. Apple picking? Shopping? Haunted Houses? Hayrides? Bonfires? Football games? Fall has it all. you just can't do these things in other seasons, and why would you want to? Fall in love with fall activities.

8. The Films

Whether it's horror movies or spooky sweet throwbacks like Halloweentown, fall has you covered for the best entertainment options. There's nothing better than watching a spooky movie with your SO or watching some old throwbacks with your girls. Fall movies are so much better than other ones.

9. The Decor

I'm sorry, but pumpkins are just so cute and versatile. Apples are sweet and shiny, and hay is universally charming. Farm-inspired decor is darling, and emphasizes the harvest that we are clearly enjoying. Ghosts, witches, and black cats look mighty cute throughout October too. transition to Thanksgiving, and you've got pilgrims and turkeys too! fall is just cute. even the color palette, of rich browns and oranges to greens and deep burgundies can make it feel so classic and warm.

10. The Feeling

I don't care what anyone says, fall just feels good. Something about the crispness of the air coexisting with comfort and style make sit feel good. there is an air of warmth, even as the temperatures drop. fall just makes you feel good. Fall in love with fall!
