Ten Of The Cutest Exotic Animals

I’m crazy when it comes to animals and babies-- they are the sweetest, most innocent things on earth and they make me so happy. With that said, when baby animals come into the picture, I go crazy. I always see baby pictures of animals online that I didn’t think could even be cute. These are 10 of the cutest exotic animals that I instantly fell in love with and hope that maybe one day I can call my own.

1. A Baby Skunk

A skunk.... A skunk?!?! I don't know about you, but I never thought that a skunk out of all animals would be the one to curl up in your hand and sleep. As long as he doesn't spray... I'd hold this little guy all day! Too cute!!!!

2. A Baby Koala

Those ears are so incredibly cute! I’d never seen a baby koala before this picture, but now I have a new found love for Koalas. I heard that koalas can get aggressive but that smile on his face says otherwise. He looks like a happy little baby!

3. A Baby Polar Bear

No way! Look at his little paws and little face... everything is so little! I’ll take ten. I can carry them around in my purse and when they get too big, release them back into the wild... that’s fine right? Maybe not, but a girl can dream.

4. A Baby Panda

This is the cutest panda I’ve ever seen in my life. All he wants is cuddles and love. Imagine having a baby panda running around your house; that would be amazing. It almost looks like he’s waving...Hi little baby panda!

5. A Baby Owl

Look at this fluff ball!! I wouldn’t have guessed that this was an owl-- I actually thought it was a chick. He is so tiny! I'm sure he could fit right in the palm of your hand. It's so cute.

6. A Baby Fennec Fox

Wow! This cutie is too much to handle. I thought this was a little puppy at first, but it's a little fox! I didn’t even notice that he was sitting in someone's hand; he's just so tiny! Doesn’t he kind of look like the Chihuahua from Webkinz? No? Just me?

7. A Baby Squirrel

A squirrel? That’s insane-- this little baby looks just like a squirrel, but for some reason he's so much cuter. I’m sure it has something to do with how small he is. It seems like the smaller the animal is, the cuter it gets. It definitely applies to this little guy!

8. A Baby Sloth

I’ve known sloths to be lazy, dirty and that they only go to the bathroom once a week. All of my past knowledge of sloths is gone after seeing this picture. Look at his foot in the back holding him up and his cute little hands! He just looks like a cool guy who just wants to hang out.

9. A Baby Ocelot

I actually didn’t know what an ocelot was until the kid I babysit for told me that he has an ocelot in his game. I referred to Google because I had no idea what he was talking about. I had to look it up and found that it looked like a kitty with huge eyes and the cutest little face! However, you don’t have to know what it is to want one. I mean, look at those eyes!

10. A Baby Pig

This is also known as the cutest animal on this planet. This might be just a tad biased considering pigs are my favorite animal but come on, look at his little nose and cute speckles all over! This piglet is the most perfect pig I’ve ever seen; It makes me want one even more. I would buy twenty little piglets if I could and would cuddle them all. Oink!

As college students, we are all familiar with the horror show that is course registration week. Whether you are an incoming freshman or selecting classes for your last semester, I am certain that you can relate to how traumatic this can be.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Bonus points if it is more than two.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
