I love country music. I love it so much that I'm pretty sure I've ruined it for everyone in my family because I play it too much, or at least that's what my sisters say. I'm also a hopeless romantic and a sucker for a good love song. Country music is all about emotions and telling stories, so there is a country song for everything. These are some of my favorite country love songs right now. Grab your bottle of pink moscato and box of kleenex ladies, it's about to get real
1. Dan + Shay - "From The Ground Up"
Lines like "our beautiful baby looks just like you" and "I'll be the man your dad hoped that I'd be" make me tear up every time. A song about being together forever is just too much for my heart to take at once and I love every second of it.
2. Thomas Rhett - "Die A Happy Man"
The video says it all, it's just perfect. And yes, the girl in the video is his wife who he wrote this song for.
3. Carrie Underwood - "Heartbeat"
First off, Carrie Underwood is basically perfect, and this song she wrote about her relationship with her husband (whose only flaw is that he plays for the Nashville Predators) is just as perfect as she is.
4. Blake Shelton - "God Gave Me You"
The only reason I didn't include the music video is because I'm still not over the Blake and Miranda split. This song is perfect in every way.
5. Hunter Hayes - "Wanted"
This has been one of my favorite since high school and I don't think that will ever change.
6. Sam Hunt - "Speakers"
This love acoustic version of the song is somehow better than the near perfect original. You can really see the emotion in his face and hear it in his voice and it's just magical. It makes my heart melt every time.
7. Luke Bryan - "To The Moon And Back"
I mean, it's Luke Bryan.
8. Russell Dickerson - "Yours"
I feel like this is what every girl wants to hear on her wedding day, which is why I can't stop listening.
9. Canaan Smith - "Love You Like That"
This is literally what every girl wants to hear.
10. Florida Georgia Line - "H.O.L.Y."
FGL is one of my favorites and I love seeing a more romantic and emotional side in their music.
