Temple University is home to a culturally diverse student body with a love for engagement, advocacy, and most importantly: food. From modern American to Asian fusion to vegetarian delights, Temple's got some cool food spots. In my first article, I list some of the best spots to go to on campus. For this article, I'll be talking all about food trucks on campus. Sit back, relax, and don't run off to the nearest truck until you finish reading!

Richie's Lunch Box

If you're looking for literally any type of food, stop by Richie's Lunch Box on Norris across from the Tyler School of Art. You can grab breakfast options, like omelettes and bagel sandwiches, and fun lunch items such as hoagies, burgers, and wraps. The customer service and affordable price is a bonus!

Chicken Heaven

Don't be fooled—Chicken Heaven has more than just chicken. From chicken-styled wraps to tons of salads and appetizers, you'll definitely be satisfied anytime you go. You can order in advance if you want to stop by between classes or skip the lines. Pro-tip: their paninis are banging.

Chop! Chop!

Located right next to Chicken Heaven, the Chop! Chop! food truck provides students with Vietnamese fusion cuisine. If you're feeling a bit adventurous, you can go for some more authentic dishes like lemongrass pork. If not, stick with their famed banh mis or pho noodle soup, which will keep you stuffed for hours.

Mexican Grill Stand

Forget about Chipotle and Twisted Taco. If you're ever craving some authentic and affordable Mexican grub, skip on over to the Mexican Grill Stand. This stand offers quesadillas, tacos, and burritos that are easily customizable and friendly to your wallet.

Halal Stands

You're probably living under a rock if you haven't seen at least one halal stand on Temple's campus. With a couple on 13th and Montgomery and a couple on 13th and Norris, you can always hop on over to a stand for some cheap options. Most of these stands are open later than other trucks, and offer some delicious falafel, chicken and rice platters, or gyros.

El Guaco Loco

Right between Tyler and Annenberg, you can feast on some awesome Mexican dishes. From various types of nachos, burritos, tacos, and platters, you can name it all and they'll have it. If you even want to mix and match, their quesadillas, sides, and chips are perfect for some between-class nibbling.

Top Bap

Usually you have to travel to Chinatown or some eccentric restaurants to get some bibimbap. Bibimbap is a rice bowl jam-packed with veggies, eggs, and yummy sauce. But good news—you just have to walk a couple minutes to feast yourself on this fun, vegetarian dish. If you want to customize your order to add or subtract items, you definitely can.

Sexy Green Truck

Who doesn't love their food trucks sexy? Temple students have access to the famed truck that literally everyone knows about. From literally tons of breakfast options, like steak and eggs or french toast, to cheesesteaks and fried food, you'll have a tough time deciding what to order.

Fruit Salad & Smoothie Truck

One of the healthier options on campus is the Fruit Salad and Smoothie truck. If you want to avoid fried or fatty foods, this truck offers many smoothie options with add-ins like peanut butter. Not a smoothie person? You can get a fruit salad full of fresh items for a cheap price!

Vegan Tree

Though it sometimes comes and goes, you should definitely check out the Vegan Tree truck if you see it parked on campus. It's menu is full of both easy, vegan food like hot dogs or burgers to Asian fusion meals like chow main and summer rolls. Don't knock it 'till you try it!

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!

RBF, or resting b*tch face, is a serious condition that many people suffer from worldwide. Suffers are often bombarded with daily questions such as "Are you OK?" and "Why are you so mad?" If you have RBF, you've probably had numerous people tell you to "just smile!"
