Introducing Me

This is just a little read about me

Introducing Me

Hey everyone! My name is actually not Genevieve Waters... y'all are probably like, "what the hell..." I created this account so no one in my personal life can find me. I was at work the other night and got very inspired to make an account on here, but at the same time did not want my friends of family to read my thoughts I believe it is okay to be selfish and keep at least one thing private. I have linked my Instagram below if you wanna give me a follow and get to know my real name. The goal of my account is to share my life findings with you all!

I am currently a junior at Coastal Carolina University in Conway, South Carolina. My major is marine science, with a minor in chemistry. I used to be a double major in marine science AND chemistry (I know, nerd alert!) but unfortunately had to drop my chemistry major to a minor. If I would have kept it as a major i would of had to stay up to 2 extra years to obtain that degree. It is doable and I do have a love for chemistry but just not that much! Other factors played into it as well such as family and the boyfriend. Since I have dropped it, I am able to graduate a semester early - fall of 2020 (double nerd alert). I am a firm believer in everything working out how it is supposed to. In the future, if I have a hankering to go back and get my chemistry degree then I will. After my undergraduate degree here at Coastal, I plan to get my masters somewhere. I do not know where yet nor do I know what I want my focus to be. I keep telling myself I have time to figure it out but the way time has been flying by December of 2020 will be here in a blink of a second. I am originally from a waterfront town called Havre de Grace located in Maryland. It is a beautiful town right on the Chesapeake Bay. I have lived there my whole life and it where my roots will forever be.

I have a beautiful golden doodle named Rio, who is 3 1/2 years old, but if you met her you would think she is still a puppy. She is crazy, in a good way - constantly wants attention, gets jealous very easily and just has an endless amount of love to give. Her and I do have the same personality, you know what they say, like mother like daughter.

It is starting to finally cool down here in South Carolina, fall is and forever will be my favorite season. Right now, it is cool in the mornings and hot in the afternoon, so picking out what to wear can be a nuisance. It is also the time of the semester where classes start picking up and stress starts to pollutes my mind. I should be used to it by now, but new teachers mean I have to learn their way of teaching and testing, which is why my test scores only go up through the semester.

I plan to post about once to twice a week, things can get really busy with the amount of classes I am taking. Enjoy and Stay Tuned!

I've been super busy lately with school work, studying, etc. Besides the fact that I do nothing but AP chemistry and AP economics, I constantly think of stupid questions that are almost impossible to answer. So, maybe you could answer them for me, and if not then we can both wonder what the answers to these 15 questions could be.

From sea to shining sea, the United States was uniquely positioned for an incredible Aurora Borealis display on Thursday, Oct. 10, 2024, going into Friday, Oct. 11.

It was the second time this year after an historic geomagnetic storm in May 2024. Those Northern Lights were visible in Europe and North America, just like this latest rendition.

To My Loving Boyfriend,

  • Thank you for all that you do for me
  • Thank you for working through disagreements with me
  • Thank you for always supporting me
  • I appreciate you more than words can express
  • You have helped me grow and become a better person
  • I can't wait to see where life takes us next
  • I promise to cherish every moment with you
  • Thank you for being my best friend and confidante
  • I love you and everything you do

To start off, here's something I don't say nearly enough: thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You do so much for me that I can't even put into words how much I appreciate everything you do - and have done - for me over the course of our relationship so far. While every couple has their fair share of tiffs and disagreements, thank you for getting through all of them with me and making us a better couple at the other end. With any argument, we don't just throw in the towel and say we're done, but we work towards a solution that puts us in a greater place each day. Thank you for always working with me and never giving up on us.

Because no one ever really leaves.

Ah, yes, good old Hauppauge. We are that town in the dead center of Long Island that barely anyone knows how to pronounce unless they're from the town itself or live in a nearby area. Hauppauge is home to people of all kinds. We always have new families joining the community but honestly, the majority of the town is filled with people who never leave (high school alumni) and elders who have raised their kids here. Around the town, there are some just some landmarks and places that only the people of Hauppauge will ever understand the importance or even the annoyance of.
