Tea is known as an all around health and wellness booster. The supplements and antioxidants found in different teas can actually be very beneficial to the skin as well. Drinking certain types of tea can help fight acne, promote anti-aging, reduce inflammation and lock in moisture.

Green Tea- Can be used for reducing inflammation, flushing out toxins and healing blemishes and scars. This tea contains anti-aging antioxidants, helping to reduce and delay signs of aging such as the sagging of the skin, sun damage and wrinkles.



Spearmint Tea- Used to treat hormonal acne due to its antibacterial and antimicrobial nature, the organic compounds found in spearmint can inhibit the endocrine system to help your hormones stay balanced.


Hibiscus Tea- Drink for an all around natural glow. This tea is known for increasing skin elasticity, leaving you with an all-natural, youthful look. Having a problem with dry skin? The natural moisture found in hibiscus helps skin stay hydrated and soft for longer.

There are tons of unisex names that are popular: Taylor, Alex, Bailey, etc. There are also numerous names that are used for both sexes, but they’re not seen as “unisex” yet. People are slowly becoming accustomed to the dual use of these names, but for the most part, in their minds they associate certain names with certain sexes.
