We all know about Taylor Swift's super famous songs such as "Love Story", "I Knew You Were Trouble", and "Shake It Off"... but what about her other songs that nobody (except the fandom) seems to talk about? Personally, I believe that her underrated songs are some of her best and it's a shame that they don't get more exposure. These songs stand out to me because they are extremely well written and clever. In addition, they have strong meaning embedded in them and are super relatable. Here's a list of, in my opinion, Taylor Swift's 10 most underrated songs.

1. "Cold As You" (Taylor Swift)

Favorite lyrics: "And you come away with a great little story/ Of a mess of a dreamer with the nerve to adore you"

2. "The Way I Loved You" ( Fearless)

Favorite lyrics: "I miss screaming and fighting and kissing in the rain/ And it's two a.m. and I'm cursing your name"

3. "Enchanted" (Speak Now)

Favorite lyrics: "This is me praying that this was the very first page/ Not where the story line ends/ My thoughts will echo your name, until I see you again"

4. "Haunted" (Speak Now)

Favorite lyrics: "It's getting dark and it's all too quiet/ And I can't trust anything now/ And its comin' over you like its all a big mistake"

5. "State Of Grace" (Red)

Favorite lyrics: "So you were never a saint/ And I've loved in shades of wrong/ We learn to live with the pain/ Mosaic broken hearts/ But this love is brave and wild"

6. "Treacherous" (Red)

Favorite lyrics: "And I'll do anything you say/ If you say it with your hands/ And I'd be smart to walk away/ But you're quicksand"

7. "The Lucky One" (Red)

Favorite lyrics: "They say you bought a bunch of land somewhere/ Chose the rose garden over madison square/ And it took some time but I understand it now"

8. "Holy Ground" (Red)

Favorite lyrics: "And I guess we fell apart in the usual way/ And the story's got dust on every page/ But sometimes I wonder how you think about it now/ And I see your face in every crowd"

9. "I Wish You Would" (1989)

Favorite lyrics: "You say it's in the past/ You drive straight ahead/ You're thinking that I hate you now 'cause you still don't know what I never said"

10. "Clean" (1989)

Favorite lyrics: "There was nothing left to do/ When the butterflies turned to dust that covered my whole room/ So I punched a hole in the roof/ Let the flood carry away all my pictures of you"

Today I started my third week of college at Minnesota State Moorhead. I have survived welcome week, finding my classes on the first day, and being an awkward loner in the dining hall. Even though I have yet to be here for a month, I have already experienced many thoughts and problems that only a new college student can relate to.

"Make sure to get involved when you're in college!"

We've all heard some variation of this phrase, whether it came from parents, other family members, friends, RAs, or college-related articles. And, like many clichés, it's true for the most part. Getting involved during your college years can help you make friends, build your resume, and feel connected to your campus. However, these commitments can get stressful if you're dealing with personal issues, need to work, or aren't sure how to balance classes and everything else going on during the semester.

In college, one of the essential things to have is friends. Yes, textbooks, a laptop, and other school supplies are important but friends are essential. Friends are that support system everybody needs. The more friends you have the better the support system you have. But you also have someone to share experiences with. And don’t settle for just one or two friends because 8 out of 10 times they are busy and you are studying all alone. Or they have other friend groups that do not include you. Don’t settle for just one or two friends; make as many friends as you can. After the first couple of weeks of college, most friend groups are set and you may be without friends.

For a moment your world is spinning. The phone alarm has just scared you awake and you’re flooded by daunting thoughts of the day ahead. You have three assignments due and little time to work on them because of your job. You’re running late because you’ve hit snooze one to many times after yesterday’s long hours. Finals week is upon us. It is a magical time of year during which college students everywhere flock to the library in attempt to learn a semester's worth of knowledge in only a week. For some students, it's their first time in the library all semester, maybe ever. Others have slaved away many nights under the fluorescent lights, and are slightly annoyed to find their study space being invaded by amateurs. While these newbies wander aimlessly around the first floor, hopelessly trying to find a table, the OGs of the library are already on the third floor long tables deep into their studies. Here is a few signs that you may live in the library, whether you'd like to admit it or not.
