Taylor Swift is known for a lot of things and one of those things is being a lyrical genius. She has written, or at least, co-written pretty much every single song on every single album she has put out. Some of her lyrics are so beautiful they just make you want to cry, while others just fire you up. She has a song for almost every mood and to match whatever life experiences you may be going through. I'll admit, this list was hard to put together, but here are 16 of Taylor Swift's best lyrics. (But let's be honest, every single lyric deserves to be on this list).

1. "Cause darling I'm a nightmare dressed like a day dream"

This lyric, without a doubt, has been every girls' Instagram caption at some point. There's something just so badass about it, but also comical. It's an iconic lyric that I'm sure will go down in history.

2. "I bury hatchets but I keep maps of where I put 'em"

CHILLS, but also savage. I want this lyric as a tattoo that I can flash whenever someone wrongs me.

3. "I never heard silence quite this loud"

"The Story of Us" is an extremely underrated song. That is all.

4. "Friends don't try to trick you, get you on the phone and mind-twist you"

There's a chance that this lyric is only here because I'm obsessed with the way she says it in the song.

5. "You call me up again just to break me like a promise, so casually cruel in the name of being honest"

To be fair, this entire list could be made up of lyrics from "All Too Well," but this one has always stuck out to me the most. It's just one of those lyrics that hits you right in the heart.

6. "If a man talks shit, then I own 'em nothing"

If you don't scream this lyric, what are you doing with your life?

7. "I had the time of my life fighting dragons with you"

LONG LIVE THE MAGIC WE MADE.

8. "My name is whatever you decide and I'm just gonna call you mine"

9. "I'm doing better than I ever was"

This lyric is just refreshing. I mean, how good does it feel to hear something like this and be able to relate to it? Or, maybe, if you're an empath like me, to hear someone say this after a hard time? It's rejuvenating.

10. "He's so tall and handsome as hell, he's so bad but he does it so well"

"Wildest Dreams" makes you just want to fall in love with a bad boy like every fanfic ever written.

11. "Your love is a secret I'm hoping, dreaming, dying to keep"

12. "But you held your pride like you should've held me"

There are a few boys that I could easily scream this lyric at.

13. "The playful conversation starts, counter all your quick remarks, like passing notes in secrecy"

14. "It turns out freedom ain't nothing but missing you"

15. "He would try to take away my pain, and he just might make me smile, but the whole time I'm wishing he was you instead"

Honestly, ripping out my heart would probably hurt less.

16. "All we are is skin and bone, trained to get along"

Summer: a time (usually) free from school work and a time to relax with your friends and family. Maybe you go on a vacation or maybe you work all summer, but the time off really does help. When you're in college you become super close with so many people it's hard to think that you won't see many of them for three months. But, then you get that text saying, "Hey, clear your schedule next weekend, I'm coming up" and you begin to flip out. Here are the emotions you go through as your best friend makes her trip to your house.

Winter break is over, we're all back at our respective colleges, and the first week of classes is underway. This is a little bit how that week tends to go.

The professor starts to go over something more than the syllabus

You get homework assigned on the first day of class

There are multiple group projects on the syllabus

You learn attendance is mandatory and will be taken every class

Professor starts chatting about their personal life and what inspired them to teach this class

Participation is mandatory and you have to play "icebreaker games"

Everybody is going out because its 'syllabus week' but you're laying in bed watching Grey's Anatomy

Looking outside anytime past 8 PM every night of this week

Nobody actually has any idea what's happening this entire week

Syllabus week is over and you realize you actually have to try now...or not

Now it's time to get back into the REAL swing of things. Second semester is really here and we all have to deal with it.

panera bread

Whether you specialized in ringing people up or preparing the food, if you worked at Panera Bread it holds a special place in your heart. Here are some signs that you worked at Panera in high school.

1. You own so many pairs of khaki pants you don’t even know what to do with them

Definitely the worst part about working at Panera was the uniform and having someone cute come in. Please don’t look at me in my hat.

7 Ways to Make Your Language More Transgender and Nonbinary Inclusive

With more people becoming aware of transgender and non-binary people, there have been a lot of questions circulating online and elsewhere about how to be more inclusive. Language is very important in making a space safer for trans and non-binary individuals. With language, there is an established and built-in measure of whether a place could be safe or unsafe. If the wrong language is used, the place is unsafe and shows a lack of education on trans and non-binary issues. With the right language and education, there can be more safe spaces for trans and non-binary people to exist without feeling the need to hide their identities or feel threatened for merely existing.
