It is almost impossible to not have heard about the recent drama that is going on in the crazy celebrity world. In case you are confused about what is going on, Kanye West recorded a song back in February of this year where he rapped about Taylor Swift in his song, "Famous." In the song, he raps "I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex / Why? I made that bitch famous." Very classy. When Taylor Swift accepted her Grammy, she expressed in the speech how upset she was over this line saying, "...I want to say to the young woman out there, there are going to be people along the way who try to undercut your success or take credit for your accomplishments or your fame..." As the world felt sympathy for Taylor Swift, it was revealed that Taylor knew about the lyrics the whole time and even approved of them.

Kim Kardashian West leaked Snapchat videos of Kanye West rapping the lyrics to Taylor herself. Taylor then responds by thanking him for showing her first and even thought it was funny. She promised Kanye that she would defend him during the Grammys and act like it was a big joke. However, that is not what happened at all and instead turned the whole situation around to make it look like she was the victim.

This is not the first time that she has pulled the victim card. Her whole career is based on this ridiculous scheme. In the majority of her songs, interviews, and speeches, she is constantly complaining about her exes and how they all broke her heart. Of course we have all been down this road and that is why we feel like we are able to relate to them when crying after a breakup and listening to Taylor Swift's songs. However, the interesting thing is that all she talks and sings about is how they messed her up and how she did nothing wrong. From every break up, we learn about what went wrong and we move on knowing not to repeat the same mistakes. We learn how to deal with break ups and relationships and we become more mature from these experiences. Taylor Swift seems to be seriously lacking in this department. She will never learn if she keeps painting herself as the innocent victim. When looking back on her long list of relationships, there has got to be something that she did wrong or made a mistake in. Every relationship that she has had can't all be because of the guy's fault. I mean guys do a lot of stupid things but it can't be all their fault. It's okay to make mistakes and its important that you realize what they are in order to learn from them. We will never know how many relationships it will take until she understands this. Now that Tom Hiddleston is looking like the next guy that will break her heart and will most likely be the center of her next album, if he was smart than he would listen to her exes, recently Calvin Harris, and run.

As Katy Perry has pointed out, "Watch out for the Regina George in sheep's clothing..." Through their past friendship which ended over back-up dancers, Taylor Swift dedicated the song, "Bad Blood," to her enemy, Katy Perry. The song is basically showing that she has a "squad" of celebrity friends and is promoting women fighting against women. It's funny how a 26 year old could act like they are still in high school.

Its clear to see that the truth is finally revealed about Taylor Swift. It just shows that karma has a way of making its full circle and she finally got caught in the act. She really is the Regina George of the music industry with her immature songs, bullying her exs, and playing the victim card because she does no wrong. So not fetch.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
