Going to Target, as Told by Gifs

Going to Target is almost a religious experience. You usually end up going in for one thing (a card or a pair of socks) and end up coming out with three shirts, some sunglasses, a throw blanket, and a random item from the dollar section. The journey is always the same, so lets explain it with gifs.

1. Walking into Target like *YOU CANNOT GET MORE THAN WHAT YOU NEED*

2. Wondering if you're the only one who pronounces it "Tar-jay"

3. Saying to yourself, "I'll just browse the snack aisle, but I won't buy anything!"

4. Buying all the Target-brand snacks

5. Deciding that whoever the designer of Mossimo clothing is a genius

6. Convincing yourself that you can never have too many socks

7. Trying to remember if you still have that Target gift card you got for high school graduation

8. Getting judged by the cashier for all the random items you have

9. Finally, leaving Target with four shopping bags, none of which have the item you actually went to buy in it

Ah, yes, good old Hauppauge. We are that town in the dead center of Long Island that barely anyone knows how to pronounce unless they're from the town itself or live in a nearby area. Hauppauge is home to people of all kinds. We always have new families joining the community but honestly, the majority of the town is filled with people who never leave (high school alumni) and elders who have raised their kids here.
