Anyone that has used a tanning bed before knows how relaxing it is, but when you are under those lights there seems to be just a few things we all do.
1. Sleep!
Is there anything more relaxing than a nap with the fan blowing on you and the lights making you feel toasted? Heck no, best nap ever. Has it ever been mentioned that it helps relieves headaches, sinus issues, and period cramps!?
2. Stalk people on social media
Sometimes you're just too hyped to sleep, so you spend the time stalking your Facebook friends (and those who aren't).
3. Jam to music
It's easy to feel like a rock star under the lights, so it makes for a better place than the shower! No worries about falling down here.
4. Check out yourself under the lights
Those UV lights make your nail polish and whatever your wearing look pretty cool sometimes.
5. Take selfies
The choices are endless of the kinds of selfies you can take, and the lighting is pretty great.
6. Enjoy the fact that in about 20 minutes you're just a bit browner
It doesn't matter if you use a tanning bed for medical purposes or just to be tan, there's something satisfying about laying in the bed knowing you're gonna have a glow as soon as you get out.
