Taking a Test Told By "The Office"

We've all been there

It is the day of the test. You may be ready, or you may not be ready. Either way, we all for the most part feel the same emotions that day. Here's how we all feel the day of a huge test told by "The Office."

1. Cramming Right Before

We all do it. Whether it is the night before for an hour, all of a sudden you are about to take a test that is either going to benefit or destroy your grade. So for whatever reason we all think it is best to cram information in our brain in the span of two hours, and hopefully remember all of it. I don't know about you, but that never really turns out well for me.

2. Walking into the Classroom

So you've studied, and while walking in you strut with confidence because maybe for once you will do well on a test!

3. Sitting Down

You finally get to the seat and you realize you're screwed and really have no idea what you've been studying for the past few days or hours. You start panicking and sweating and shaking and start to give up.

4. Getting the Test

Everyone is anxious and waiting to see what your professor actually put on the exam. You can hear the feet tapping and the deep breaths.

5. Looking Over the Test and Realizing the Professor Lied

So the thing that your professor said wasn't going to be on the test turned out to be on the test! What a nice person.

6. Realize You At Least Need to Try

You realize you have actually studied and need to at least try your best.

7. Turning Your Test In

You have finally finished, or took the whole amount of time, but either way you are done with the test and can finally take a breath again. No matter how good or how bad you have done, it is behind you.

8. Getting Home

Now that it is finally over all you want to do is just lay in bed and take a long nap.

After working retail seasonally, here are a few tips that I learned in order to make the employees at your favorite store just a little happier and not want to charge you extra on your purchase for being awful. Here are some times when you should be nicer to retail workers than you actually are!

5 Untold Struggles Of The Short Friend

I'm the Short Friend. I've been the Short Friend since about the seventh grade. I'm the one who stands in the front of the photos, gets made fun of for their height, and still shops in the kids department.

This article is not for the Almost Short Friends, i.e. the 5'3" and 5'4" Friends. No no, this is for the Actually Short Friends, i.e. the Barely Scraping 5'1" and shorter Short Friends.

11 Things All Call Center Workers Can Empathize With Better Than Anyone
Youtube

This semester I started my journey as a member of my University's Alumni Outreach Team. This means a lot of things, but primarily it means that I get to make phone calls to parents and alumni two nights a week to update contact information, collect things like business cards and volunteer hours, and even ask for money.
